Wastage varies for location. It applies only to coimbatore and pollachi coconut varieties. For salem coconut varieties wastage was around 7 percent. They have to address that problem
Can we produce electricity by suitable generator, and by using that electricity can we run this 2 hp machine?
Because shifting coconuts in farm level is saved!

It is a good machine and invention
Nice machine they gave good support in case there was any issues. Vasanth sir and Rishi Both are cooperative and practical.I wish you great success. Here he was very humble and saying we can dehusk only 500 coconut per hour, But when Machin was new initially it processed nearly 800 per Hr. Processing count decreased after using longer time.

It is wrong to assume that the machine has come as a result of high priced labour. They have shown their engineering skill in so doing they have filled a need. If you employ a labourer for Rs.0.50 per coconut our friends in the labour department and social workers will scream and take you to court.Also paying Rs.1 per coconut does not guarantee that the worker will turn out for work the next day . If you study carefully the behaviour of labour they stop working if they earn just Rs.500 per week as the government offers free ration or low priced( subsidised) and the cinemas , besides Tasmac drain their time , energy and money.
