    HELPPP!!!! I'm scared to change my old thumbnails but I know I probably should so there's more consistency with my channel's branding for my workouts. I'm going to use the same background for each of my workouts moving forward so it flows better but I am afraid to go back and change the older ones because some of them did perform pretty decent!! Advice please? Thanks!

I did a topic that I found interesting and true so I spoke on it but I didn't want it to define my channel because I'm a well rounded person but it took off, which is fine.     My last videos (2-3.30 min videos) have 50-62 % average duration time each , their first 30 sec have 58-74% Average duration time, their CTR's are from 4.8 - 8 % ... still my channel is not blowing up ,
    Also I am trying to increase AVPV (average view per viewer) is still 1.2 , 1.5, 2 sometimes ... putting just 1 video in that end screen , before I used to confuse putting 4 😁😁... AVPV it increases session time also right
    I liked a Mr beast saying once , ctr is not just good thumbnail and title ... is also if they enjoyed your last video ... that starts to create a snowball effect ... being consistent they will see , enjoyed, click again , enjoy , click again
    what else can I do ? Do I need something else or just need to continue make beautiful videos and soon my channel will go up?

    What I’m noticing is that people who continue to get 5,6000 views on their video overnight…is that the video is actually boring. Like I watch it and I’m left like wtf did I watch. It’s lackluster content yet they get good views and I watch other smaller with 200 view or 156 and that’s it with better content. I mean damn every video is unboxing a new bag and then smacking their lips for 20 minutes. BORING
