      @rekha raju Children of 1 year above can eat all the foods that is prepared for the family dear the only difference is that the spice should be reduced in their food.

      If you are introducing Kiwi for the first time then better not to introduce when your baby has cough and cold.

      As the babies are too small and not used to any foods it is best to steam the fruits and make them more readily available for the child to consume hence it is steamed and do not boil the fruits as it may loose it's nutrition.
