After following your tuts of nails i managed to grow my nail bed! I never owned pretty nails, since im quite a rough dude and i use my hands quite brutally but i managed finally to have decent looking long nailbeds and a mini free edge. Im more secure about my hand looks and even got compliments on them for the first time!,🎉
After I do this I add about of top coat beneath so it’s a smoother finish, and it helps prevent addition staining/catching for longer. It just helps look less grimy till I fill.
So smooth!! I struggle to clean under the nail using my non-dominate hand, it just never seems to work as well and needs more passes. Can you do an example of how you do it?
Strange as it may seem, this is my secret (well not anymore 😂) behind my natural nail growth going so fast! I literally double my natural nail length in 2 to 3 weeks because you're also removing any dead skin stuck there. I only go through 1 tip/form because my nails grow so fast. After that, I simply do an overlay on my natural nail.
I knew a lady who got furious when a tech did this. Not because they did anything wrong but because she built up under her nail at home with acrylic. Always made me wonder why she did that.
The only reason I’ve heard anyone apply product under their nail on purpose is to even out a ski-jump nail. It grows upwards so they apply product underneath to then file from above and have a “straight” nail
Hi Suzie, I recently noticed that I have vertical ridges on my natural nails. Some nail techs said it is because some places used metal tool when cleaning the cuticles, others said it might be due to dryness. What are your thoughts on that?
Vertical Ridges are completely normal. They aren’t dangerous and they are not a problem - the ridges can get stronger and deeper as you age. My grandma had them and as she got older they got stronger. But they’re completely normal. She lived in 94. Just don’t file them. Smooth because the top of the ridge is the thickness of what it should be, and in between the ridges is the low point, so if you file them, you may make it smooth but you’ll just thin out your entire nail. And as it grows, it will split off the free edge. If it bothers you, you can purchase a ridge filler pretty much anywhere you can just paint this ridge filler on before you paint it with nail polish and it feels in between the ridges. Pretty good. But don’t worry you’re completely normal. The technician that gave you that advice was sadly misinformed

It’s the small things that make the big differences

Love the lipstick shade😎😎😎 it reminds me of that 80s song landslide of love, the singer always wore this kind of shade
There it is! Thank you, I was thinking this was the answer
Eres muy buena maestra ❤ Saludos desde Cuba.
Hi Susie, can you make a video on how I can grow my natural nails faster?
I will look into that
@@NailCareerEducation thank you!
It literally burns my fingers when I go from this angel 😢😅😂
How about the clients that have eponychium what do you do so that you dont hurt them with the e-file while cleaning ...
I clean my nails underneath with a hard toothbrush several times a day
How much is several time tho cuz too doin it too much could actually cause infections
That’s a bit excessive 😅
Wait do you mean you remove all the gel thats underneath? I thought its there to stick to the nail better (if ur using foils)
Were ppl panicking? 😂 Don’t they know you’re a life long pro at this?

When product is applied to the surface it always seeps underneath no matter what system your using
@@NailCareerEducation this makes me feel better! I thought my application (on myself) was lacking!
