- Last year when we kicked off this CZcams channel we made sure to check out the two IB Parks that were saved the year before. We visited, got season passes and filmed our Explore videos.
Imagine our surprise when both Clementon Park and Niagara Amusement Park (with both Splash Worlds) became Top 20 videos. Everyone wanted to see these parks so they were major priorities to get back to in 2023.
This video will highlight all the new things happening at Niagara Amusement Park and Splash World located on Grand Island NY (near Niagara Falls, hence the name).
Just like last year, we were not only blown away with the beauty, rides, and all the work that has been done, but the staff at this park is some of the best we have ever met. There is so much new going on at this park with new vendors, new food offerings, shows, and even two new coasters being built before our eyes.

What's New Series - 2023
Time to come back here Paul! I went today for the Silver Comet 25th anniversary. They have the Giant Wheel, Antique Cars, and Sea Dragon swing operating now. The fenced off area in your video is open, and they are almost done with the Flying Witch, Serpent, and a new pendulum ride. Most of the food options have changed since last year too, there's a new sushi place, new coffee and bubble tea spot, and Rick's has been replaced with a fry spot.
Sounds amazing. We are currently in California but have both Niagara and Darien Lake scheduled for July. We love that park and can not wait to go back and update our Explore and other videos

You are fabulous and it was awesome seeing the new builds, only downside they should update and say more rides just need to be approved to get running, but I get the safety factor. Great prices for food as well. Need more upscale prizes but the games are real nice. I hope to give them this year and get there next year when all is operational. Thx again.
Thanks for the kind words, this park is really moving fast when it comes to getting new things up and running. There are five things that have a good chance of being up and running by the end of the season (Pirate Ship, Tilt A Whirl, the Dark Ride, and the two coasters). Things take time but to see where it is now from when it first opened last year is night & day. I could not recommend more visiting this park (and the sister park Clementon) this year. Good things take time and after seeing what has happened to Conneaut Lake Park, what Gene Staples has done is even more amazing. I am looking at getting back there again in August just to actually enjoy the park instead of always filming but thanks for the support and much more to come from our visit here
@@125RollerCoaster you are very welcome and I agree with Conneusught sry messed that up lol that park is sad cause they had some nice attractions. My family might try it in August, we have a staycation planned at Darien , but if most of those rides are running especially a Tilt a Whirl lol which I love ❤️ we might try it. Thx for always responding and be safe .
You too. When we head back that way we are also stopping at Darien Lake also (another favorite park of ours)

They are going to build a huge playground like Darien lake has in the water park
There is a lot of space and we are interested in seeing how they use the space in the back as more and more of the rides back there come on line. Thanks for watching
I went here many years ago and it was a pretty good amusement/them park. But then it started going bad because a lot of the rides shut down and there were a lot of bees. Then in 2021 the Park closed down permanently. A guy then bought it and reopened it. They are now working on it bu replacing old rides and putting in new ones. It doesn't seem like there are a lot right now tho. I will probably come back here years from now when it is completely finished.
Thanks for the history of this park. Niagara Amusement Park is going through a transition and while we understand the wait and see philosophy. Make sure you check it out and support the park because the amount of money that is being spent the last two years to get things up and running and making the park presentable warrants a few visits to show them support. We have a Clementon Park season pass and visit Niagara two to three times a year even though it is a 6 hour ride for us to go.

I think the Miner Mike kiddie coaster is opening this season only because the Miner Mike coasters by Wisdom rides don't take that much time to build.
That was the coaster in pieces two weeks ago but I think the could get that up ASAP. The issue will be the state signing off on it. Thanks for watching and consider subscribing cause we have a lot more Niagara content coming this summer
It does feel that the park is fairy spread out with a lot of gaps (I'd guess the path to Splash World is comparable to the one between Kings Island and Soak City). It will probably still be a few years before all ride pads are filled. The nice parts are actually pretty decent, the old parts are rough like older parts of a subway. Another slide would be nice too
So the path between the parks might change up in a few years. If you see the walk through, you can tell that they cut off the park halfway in the back where they have the old attractions and where they are working on things. I think the plan over time will be to move that fence back and back as more attractions come on line and that would make a more direct link to the water park instead of the current dead path

The park has a lot of work ahead of it but they have five attractions they have going to have coming soon. Pirate Ship, Tilt A Whirl, the Dark Ride in the video and the two coasters. The future of this park is looking bright
