Niagara Amusement Park Is Loading Up On NEW Rides For 2023!

- It's been a minute since I covered Niagara Amusement Park, but that changes today! Today, I'll be talking about all the rides, attractions, and shows that were offered in 2022, and what will be added for the 2023 season! There's quietly been a solid amount of work going on to ready the park for the upcoming season, so there's a lot to cover in this update!

That himalaya from La Feria was insane. Every hump gave an airtime pop.
It really is great to see a closed park be resurreceted. For the folks in the area please support the park. We lost our local amusement park here 22 years ago and have nothing near by now.
Awesome coverage Lukan! I haven’t been to Niagara in awhile definitely have to go back for their new additions for 2023. Just love your coverages on the NY parks, as I live near most of these parks too, continue these awesome coverages.
I hope they can re-add the log ride that used to be by the Faris Wheel. That was one of my favorite rides on a hot summer day.

Don't know who told you the rumor the Top spin is from La Feria de Chapultepec, but it can't. They had a generic Top Spin1 and this is a Top Spin 2.
The Casino is not Chance. It is a Mack Hully Gully from Heide Park, formerly travelling german circuit. The caterpillar is the one build for german funfairs in 1982, which was sold to Mexico in 1993- It ran here under the english name "Love Train"

I am happy they took over the Condor.
One of my favorite rides, especially when it spins fast on top. The gondolas are tilting to the side and you automatically look 25 meter (82 feet) straight down then.
Please please please refurbish the Chance Trabant. One of the great midway thrills.
I've grown up goin to fantasy island as a kid bc it was cheaper then Darien lake so glad to see this get fixed up for families to enjoy it again .
The rides that are confirmed for 2023 are an Alan Herschel Horse and Buggy
Sea Dragon (swinging ship)
Serpent (Galaxi)
and Ghost Train (Pinfari Dark ride) as well as Gondola Wheel, Crankshaft Cruisers and Magic Ring reopening most likely
I'm excited! This is the best ride lineup this park has had in 30 years! Ive ridden the Condor @ Great Escape, it's a little scary... And I was hoping they would get a Trabant! Those rides are fun, and Fantasy Island had one a long time ago too so it'll be cool to see one back in the park! It would be awesome if they could get their hands on a Rotor with the floor that drops out (like the Devil's Hole) from what I read on Wikipedia there is only one currently in operation, but there is another one SBNO at another park in NY state...
yesterday drove past the park and saw that the coaster where crazy mouse used to be is either done or close to it
I really hope I can get across the bridge next year to come. I used to go all the time when it was Martin's Fantasy Island the last time I was there was 2014. The park was rundown during my last visit and it only got worse during Apex. Really nice to see that the park is being properly cared for. I wish they'd give up on that wave pool and add something else. Can't wait to see what 2023 brings.

I never been to Niagara Amusement park despite driving past it around a dozen times in my life however seeing all the updates the park is getting makes me very excited for the future. My girlfriend lives probably like a 10-20 minute drive to Niagara Amusement Park depending on border traffic so I am going to make a it a 2023 bucketlist item to visit this park!

Back when fantasy island was there I liked the music express aka Himalaya, Devils Hole aka starship 2000 the one where you are standing up and you get sucked into the wall by gravity and the seats go up and down while standing up, and the Tilt a whirl

Love the Condor. Miss it at Hershey, one of my favorites at Great Escape. The location at Great Escape, is awesome on top of the hill side, makes it feel twice as tall.
Can't wait, hopefully Ill be getting both Swarzkopf loop coasters from IB Parks this year

Condor is fun but feels like a spinning ride rather than a scrambler, as it just sways so you'll get a good look at the ground, and in certain conditions the birds will spin out backwards. Go Gene freaking staples, I hope he has another success! And I'm near Clementon but haven't been since like '86 last millenia!
Hmm, many of the new rides seem to be more cheap. The rollercoaster thats replacing the Crazy Mouse is just one of those Carnival pop up ones?

They announced that it'll be operational this upcoming season, apparently it was lit up the other day!
That is great news!!! I'm excited and it's so nice to see all this progress. Should be interesting to see this park in a few years after Gene is bringing it back basically from the dead!
I thought they were going to get a new Ferris wheel but it looks like they fixed the old one
I love saving old rides but because of the fragile state of these parks getting a old coaster that you can't get parts for as a main attraction is not wise. Ide put it in storage and go buy one of the new wild cat coasters.

I miss fantasy island
I’ve gotten to both walk thru the Flying Witch and ride it many times due to knowing the rides former owners and can assure anyone it’s a fantastic ride! Huss Condor? Yawn. I’ve been on 2 and while they look great, the ride experience is simply boring. Now that Mack Caterpillar is a pleasant surprise! Very different from Canobie parks as this version hauls around the track.

Honestly, Niagara Falls seems to take a "budget Energylandia" or "budget Cotaland", because of their aggresive expansion, however Niagara Falls couldn't be compared to the likes of Energy or Cota
