It isn't straight up my style, but it is really cool in its own way. Respect for the time and money you sunk into it. Making it your own is what it's about. I bet nobody confuses it with any other car in town. Rock on.
Nice Caddy. Your Caddy is different from all the others. Its Unique. Your personal restoration. Everybody has different tastes. Dont listen to these Haters that are diving shit boxes. They have no right to leave RUDE comments. Life is too short. You do what makes you happy. You dumped a lot of $$$ into that Caddy. Good Luck and Enjoy her.
Man's treasures here on earth, Enjoy while the spirit is in the body, once it is time for it to exit out ,the treasure will still be here in the physical realm for a realitive to enjoy.
The car is nice. I do agree with the comment about the exhaust tips they should be hidden just under the bumper. And gold Spokes and Vogues would really bring that car to life. Just my opinion other than that car looks nice.
@@TAWS-wq3hx good sir I thank you for bringing to my attention that I posted this comment. Over the last 4 years since posted that comment I have become far more open minded about car customizing. While still don't care for the overall style of this car, I no longer consider it ruined and rather than judging it harshly, I have come to respect the work that into making it what it is. With that said yes.. 4 years ago I was very stupid to call the car ruined by poor judgement. And you are absolutely correct. That 472 and TH400 is exactly where it belongs. And while I have long since discarded my purist views, I wholeheartedly agree LS swaps are shit.
I hope this is still rolling. I have a 72 Fleetwood and appreciate the work you put into this. Very cool. What I wanted to say after reading the comments and I agree with you "Haters gonna hate"...I don't get why people feel they have to say "I'd do this" I'd do that"...so guess what...if that's you, buy an old car and do it. Those of us doing it can do it in whatever style we want. Happy cruising Gator.
Pimping his Cadillac out! Still lives in an apartment complex! Shaking my head! At least it was a 4door! And by the way. I'm not hating. I have an all original 71 coupe deville in my garage.
Jay H why you worried about my money... this comment reflects the people you hang around. You see that southern Cali housing community? Half mil and up!
Nice as fuck, I agree with ur vision but only 2 things I would've done... Like said in previous comments, 22" triple gold daytons (but I understand why u chose the lexani's to keep the "gator" theme going) and vogues... And I would've put a huge ass electric sliding sunroof/moonroof in it. Other than that, u did ur thing bro! Salute #Gatorwood
4 door easier to pack it full of fine ass females, like a suburban. unless YOU are the type who likes to roll ALONE. lost a battle pffffff!!! you want a 2 door go get a camaro or corvette son,
Did this fool say the gator in the inside from a gator from the swamps of Alaska? He should of saved that money he spent on his ride an got an education!!
Everybody on here is mad and hating because it's not their grandfathers original stock 58 Chevy bel-air, their daddy's 64 impala, or the 78 Ford truck that the good ole boys used to terrorize people and ride in. You're entitled to your own opinion buying you hated it so much why look at a video on something you dnt like. Even if you hated it still got your attention. More people like it than hate it and hard work and fine craftsmanship like this isn't achieved with haters in mind. So keep hating and dream about what you would've done.
That car could have been a contender. Instead it looks like a rejected prop from Clint Eastwood's 1973 "Magnum Force" without the fur lining. Every time you think the bad old stereotypes have been destroyed, stuff like this shows up to validate them. Am I hating? No, I don't care enough. I'm just laughing.
Point taken. Several years ago I saw a 91 Coupe deVille. All original. White over green cloth (no worn leather). Vinyl top delete (no nasty vinyl top rust). Silent exhaust. Under 50k miles. Perfect, and I let it get by me. Maybe I regret missing that thing but that's no reason for me to dump on your joy. I'm glad you enjoy your car and hope you continue to.
If my memory serves me right I do believe this car came from factory with dual exhaust and resenators and with that it still had a growl....just saying and yes I do remember when this car rolled off the asembly line in flint Michigan where cadillac were made...hmmm
my man yo whip is so so sweet but I'm gonna throw something At ya white and gold 22 inch vogues wit 22 inch 150 spoke Dayton's chrome wit gold nipples and gold caps. Drop the mike
Ruined the Cadi!! Damn!!..Brah..I don't care what people say..You fucked up a nice Cadi..Nigga's noadays make they cars look like some clown shit, all the weird ass colors n shit crazy ass interior rims that don't fit the car..What ever happen to the classic grown up look..Classic gown up look..Classic grown up look..Get it..It's a Cadi..
I don't know you but in my taste you ruined it I'm old school where a nice old Cadillac should be brought back to its former glory you want to customize something then do an older car than that like a chevy or ford from the 50's or a street rod but everyone has their own taste and good luck with gator and keep on cruising !
I am an absolute car enthusiast, get rid of the tacky rims for the correct year cadillac hubs and fresh vouges swap out that uncomfortable looking pseudo leather interior for a high quality, clean suede, and please for God's sake put a more stock sounding exhaust on it and you'll have a nice car. It shouldn't have taken 6-7 yrs to do that! Is the motor rebuilt or swapped out? Was it frame-off? Take it to Texas or Los Angeles.
Coming from oakland,ca. You did that. It's super clean
It isn't straight up my style, but it is really cool in its own way. Respect for the time and money you sunk into it. Making it your own is what it's about. I bet nobody confuses it with any other car in town. Rock on.
Built not bought 👏🏾
This caddy is super clean.. I love everything about it.. You did a dope job on your Caddillac👍👍👍
Your hard work has paid off, beautiful car!!! 2022

BESPOKE to what you like and I can see you are Happy and Proud ,that's all that matters
The car looks ok but you should put some gold spoke 30's on some fresh vogue's on it,I'm just saying.
1971s are so rare. Good to see one as straight as this one!
This Caddy is cool, even not my Taste...Thanks for Video!
Daaaaaaaaam bro thats a nice whip bruh the rims is out cold😎
The car is nice. I do agree with the comment about the exhaust tips they should be hidden just under the bumper. And gold Spokes and Vogues would really bring that car to life. Just my opinion other than that car looks nice.
Nothing left to do to this one but pull the motor and transmission and put it in something that has not been destroyed by poor judgement.
that 472 belongs in there unlike all the fuckin idiots swapping LS and chevy trash in these beautiful cadillacs

Hate..hate..hate.. You don't care enough but you took time out of your pathetic life to comment on something that didn't cost you a dime!
