Just a quick camp if you want to unclog your storm drain take a rake with you rake the leaves out of the water and that way they don’t flow back and cover the drain again and again and again and again

If you dont have a rake, get a stick or something to unclog the the holes covered by the rubbish so that the water can drain faster.

Grab the leaves out with your hand because kicking them is only going to cause them to go back in and reclog it.
Post10 technique is to smash the leaves, etc through the grate by grinding it down with your foot.
I'll give you a C+ for effort. You HAVE to get the leaves out of the street so it doesn't keep clogging up the drain!
