what i would add to all that - when removing the turn signal light, make sure to push it from the inside out on the side with a metal "spring" first, be3cause if you do it on the other side first, you'll break the plastic holding it on to the fender

Fml the 2 T30 bolts are stuck on the plastic and keep spinning.. i took off both fenders and same problem. And i can't find a replacement plastic for my new fender. Any tips?

That sucks ! You could try drilling the bolt head and trying to find a new one.

The lower screw inside the door is a pain in the ass to get to. We thought that we have to remove the door. Maybe we should try it again

No just use a small tools and open the door to were is best accessable and should be able to
