- Ochokochi got a nerf! The Ocho has been the best robot in the game, since it was released. But this nerf is quite unusual, because pixonic actually made a mistake when the Ocho was first released, and finally corrected it a few days ago. The special edition 'Unknown' Ochokochi is released and is really cool looking. Its definitely an xenomorph design, but does actually give the Ochokochi more durability and damage. So the ochokochi got a nerf, but the special edition got stronger. Ochokochi Nerf is live 💥

Use the ochokochi counter which is loki with whiteout drone. You can just stand in stealth and when a enemy ochokochi is about to get its ability back then emp them so teammates get extra time to shoot at a ocho. And if things get out of hand activate phase shift so the ram ability doesn’t do anything

One of my favorite current builds is the traditionalist dread shell with ultimate blazes and an ember. It's pretty good.

@@MrDrag1on Good question. I don't fight many ocho's, so I can't say for sure, but it doesn't die easily to one's I have fought.
Fix, not nerf. Fix. Although it was intended by the devs. Ah those "bugs" always being fixed on meta bots after a patch, but whenever an old bot (Fafnir) receives a speed bug, it gets fixed in 1 day 😌
Intended 100% because at the same time the new shotgun were buffed to 300% damage because of bugged damages
I dont even think it was a bug. It was never 12 seconds on the live server so I consider it a nerf
@@PREDATORWR Thats the thing, it WASNT a bug. The developers made it shorter in purpose despite the ability description saying its 12 seconds. In the patch notes they wrote "Fixed Ochokochi ability cooldown" which leads us to think it was a bug. Now lets wait for the real nerf of the robot

Not a super nerf given its power, but I am now able to kill a few with my Sonic Skyros - unless it kicks me out of the map 😅
So yes, it's noticeable. Still extravagantly OP. It can and win over 1-2 Titans.
Ophion is the same. Aside from a Luchador, Rook, or an Indra it can kill any titan in a single flight.
I use volt havoc so Skyros and fennrir are useless 😂 and on top of that my okorochi is limited edition and so are my havoc so I get even more op

Dropping out of matches because there's OPkochis on either side.
Just not worth my time or power cells to stay a full 10 min when I'm not getting kills or beacons.
I do think the Matchmaking is much improved tho...after dropping 2 or 3 in row can get a few without the OPks

I run 3 of them and the “NERF” pretty much make it killable. Before it was almost boring. Now you will get smooshed if you run into a 5 man squad. With that said you should only be able to have one in your hanger. It’s just too powerful.
Complete agree... If yu-gi-oh duel links can limit cards I'm sure pigs-sonic can limit bots... but they don't purely due to greed and they have creator channel hyping this sh!t up... a company like this I'm done funding this bs lol haha

In that first game, until the Aether finally smoked you at the end, your health never dropped below 350,000. That is ridiculous.

Only legend league players will complain. I met an ochokochi in gold 1 league and I would say it needs to be nerfed a bit more...that thing dashed at twice the speed of the fastest bot then mowed down the entire team with a rook titan hurricane until it was at spawn point then camped till the fight ended.

any build with an Ocho is OP.
I'm not calling it a nerf either. A nerf means that you designed the robot and it was working as designed, but you chose to make it weaker. This was a bug fix, pure and simple.
It obviously isn't going to be too damaging to the Ocho, in fact it sort of validates that the original 12 second cool down was a good choice, but what I've found is that now there is a window of opportunity to deal damage before I get destroyed. If I'm in a Titan, and have some HP left I can out wait their ability and take them out now. That was almost impossible before. It would really help if the visual of the ability was less decorative and more obvious.
I think its considerd a nerf because the ocho never had a 12 second cooldown on the live server. It always had an 8 second, and *fixing this bug nerfed the ocho. We dont have know if it was a bug

It is a Bull Alien from the Xenomorph toy line, only blue instead of Red minus 2 legs. Hahaha! And the nerf did absolutely nothing.... The machine still dominates the field, especially when people decide to spam them.😿 I have leaned to DENY them the kill though. 2 seconds is all I need to eject. And that forces them to run. But when they hit half it comes on again, so I still wind up having to sacrifice 1 or 2 to get one O; However, killing one that is an insult to the person using it like no other when you do so without using an O., yourself. 🤟😹
