I can logon via laptop so it isn't the account that is blocked. I did have an other account that was blocked due to Community rules violation, but I've removed that account.
What if it’s still not recognizing your email or number.? But does on the actual website, even sent me a confirmation code to the same email, but then still refuses to recognize it on the FB app & the Messenger app… ? 🤷♀️

I am here to find help on an issue involving messenger and rooms. In the past 2-3 weeks i have noticed that every time a friend goes live on his room in facebook i cannot join his room. I get his invite click and as soon as the app tries to login i get a message call failed. This happens on my pc on my mobile phone and on my tablet. I ve also noticed that this issue happens to another friend that tries to login into this live room. has anybody seen this and maybe resolved it>?
I think it has to do with iPhone itself. I updated, offloaded, deleted, changed pass etc, reset all data, soft reset, complete wipe and re install and nothingggg. The only thing that worked was a factory reset, but then when I backed my phone back up, the issue returned, so I feel it has to do with iOS itself blocking fb/messenger somehow. 1 week and still no fix ..
