What an incredible wealth of knowledge in a single video. He can do everything and anything he wants to create or build in that shop. Thanks for sharing with us, Ava!
Thanks for the tour. I run & operate a machine shop along with my brother, started by my dad & grandpap. We do general machine work and make carbide wire drawing dies. A tour like this great just for the fact that 99.99% of the general public have no idea how products are made or repaired now-a-days and the amount of equipment and knowledge it take to accomplish the job. Thanks again.
Absolutely Wow! Nasa is only trotting behind your dad and he looks like a kid with all those years behind him. Thanks for that and Greetings from Ireland.👍
Met yall some years back, got the ten cent tour and was blown away with the museum ! hope yall are well and thanks again for showing me and my boys around!
Not all artists use brushes. I have nearly zero idea what he was talking about, nor do I own a motorcycle, but that was one of the most impressive shops I have ever seen, and one of the most impressive craftsmen I have ever heard. Thanks Ava!
Awesome video. !! Caught one thing, the first rule on a lathe is NOT to leave the chuck key in the chuck. Not busting balls, just an observation in the video. Awesome dude, would love to learn things from him.
Without question the best I've seen... been riding since 77', well over 500k miles...seen a lot, built a lot... never at this level or craftsmanship... bravo!
Great Shop. More like a Factory. The detail to his shop & setup says it all in the workmanship he must put out. Always nice to see good people (father & daughter).
Pretty cool Ava it’s always a joy to see you with your family, making time , life is moving so fast we sometimes forget about the most important things and should never leave us , FAMILY 🙏
What a collection of machinery and tools, very few will have such a perfect setup for working on a particular set of engines. This is the definition of a specialist environment! If Dragon Man agrees it would be pretty great to see some live stream content of him working in the shop, I feel that a lot of people would watch that content and you could set up a text to speech donation system to play viewers' questions on a speaker to make a bit of extra cash on each job without hindering him too much.
Can’t believe I see this video…. Dragon man rebuilt two 1950’s panheads for me back in the early 1990’s…. Glad to know you’re still going strong ! Like finding an old friend 35 years later
That's a hell of a shop, Dragonman! One of the things that strikes me most is how tidy, clean and organized everything is. A professional shop! A lot of shops I walk into look like nothing has been cleaned in 50 years.
Love the shop tour. What a wealth of knowledge and tooling. It's really cool to see this tour. I do almost all of my own work on my Harleys' and I was a Class A semi mechanic for 20 years. What a set up for everything HD repair and refurbishing engines and transmissions.
Truly incredible! Absolutely amazing is an understatement. I was a mechanic for a long time before going into another field. I used to have to make my own tools sometimes as well. Nothing compared to what the Dragonman has done. Wow! Thank you guys for giving us the shop tour! 😁
I have seen the dragon bike before it’s really awesome to see the background and history of it and your dad What a beautiful shop he is definitely a national treasure Thanks for doing what you do
The absolute baddest man in America!! I really hope he’s passing on all that knowledge to the next generation. Thanks for the shop tour… that was phenomenal @Ava Flanell
Thanks for the great tour. It's funny I was just looking at the pictures of the shop and the dragon bike I took a many years ago when I tour the shop with some true older bikers last week. It's good to see he is still in business and he doing well.💯💯💯🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👍

Dang! He is awesome Ava! I grew up with guy like him around. He is the old normal that this country so desperately needs.
Not many dad's like that around! He builds beautiful bikes and built a beautiful daughter!
I remember this dude from way back in the 70’s. He used to advertise in Easyrider’s. Glad to see you’re still chugging along, Dragonman.

Nice shop!! Over 50 years doing this and you leave the chuck key in the chuck on your lathe!! That's one of the first things you learn never to do.
Thank you Ava and Mel. What a wonderful machine shop set up for production. My dad was a machinist mechanic also. He would have enjoyed the tour also.
Our pleasure!
I hope he has someone he is mentoring so his legacy lives on. So much is lost when these people pass on. Love the video
