I can't help but feel mortified seeing them entering personal spaces with their outdoor shoes on! Clutching my imaginary pearls😱😀
I think it would be nice to offer surgical-looking covers over their shoes * but expensive to give out* in order to keep people from taking dirt inside and also germs. Then could take them off outside the door and placed in a garbage can, and painted up very nicely in order to keep it from just looking dull and homely? This would be expensive to someone, but maybe worth it in the end?
WOW. WOW. WOW. My fiancé and I are both artists (he a musician and I a painter) and we fell head over heals in love with Scotland. We’re working very hard on our dream to move up there and this is the kind of home we dream of. The star of the show for me is the kitchen but honestly, I could move right in and not change a thing. Absolutely stunning. A HUGE Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home. Namaste 🙏🏻

It's OK as long as it's not bought as a country house or holiday home which is only used occasionally. That's what's puting the prices up and stopping the locals from buying places like this, forcing them out of the area.
I like the dining room which we glimpse briefly.

Really love this house! So peaceful and calming. The only thing I’d do differently is the open shelving in the kitchen. It’s just not practical imo. But otherwise perfect!

Would love to see one where they kept the interior cosy, colorful, in period - how I'd love to live in such a place! Instead, you just know it will be all white, open space and modern decor. 😝
I enjoy these presenters. They just have a nice balance of personalities between them and they all come across as decent positive people. I'm here for the decor, but I like the people, too.

Don't think we really do much "Zen" in Fife. These people are so up themselves. We just live in an old cottage. We're not living out any dream. We just prefer an old cottage to a modern box.

I didn't particularly like this house, except for the lancet windows. I don't like cottagecore, it's been done to death, it's boring imo. But to each their own.
not that cottage at all, the rooms are too big, not cosy, it's more like a showroom of a furniture store; the outside is beautiful

This is a beautiful house, but l get the sense people are living an instagram lifestyle, that everything is over curated, and they view themselves through the lenses of other peoples opinion. Just house porn for the middle classes, and loses that sense of home
I agree way too staged... A beautiful house,,,, BUT seemed an unrealistic home for me IT needed dog PAW marks on the floor and cat hair on the bed and perhaps mens toast crumbs on the kitchen counter.. Oh wait no that's my home... 🤣🤣🤣

The interior decorating really sucks. It is very low level and uninspiring. Someone has way less ability than she thinks she does.

I agree, I think the interior is very disappointing.
@Satanaya ...nothing is strange in the west satan..........we have different design periods throughout history.....why dont you do some reseach regards all the different eras of architecture design/fashion ,etc

Why?.. I keep a boat just 2 minutes walk from this property, I’ve walked past it many times and have watched it being renovated over the past two years.. There is nothing “fake “ about it.
