It boggles the mind how all the newer bikes, Indian and Harley are moving to the styling and contours that Victory was making nearly ten+ years ago. Not to mention the engineering and rock solid motor. I love my Vegas

I purchased a 2010 Victory Vision Tour with ABS 2 years ago. I was 65 years old and had just barely recovered from a life threatening case of Liver Cancer. At 6'5" and 280lbs it was hard to find a motorcycle that fit. I had not ridden since my 20's and had to learn all over again. The safety features on the Vision was what sold me since I knew I would probably drop it a few times and I did drop it with no damage in the first week or so. Today, I ride it everywhere both to work and also longer trips. It has never let me down. My skill levels have grown to the point that I am now able to really have some fun with it and again finding even more affection and respect for it. Victory was a very innovative company and my bike commands attention everywhere I go. I have thought about selling it, but shy away after reflection. I may buy a second motorcycle, but expect the Victory will remain my favorite. Thanks for the video.

One thing i love about my XC, is that it stands out in a sea of Harleys. Till this day it has a modern design. At sturgis this year i had a couple of riders ask me if it was a 2021 model. There jaws dropped when i would tell them it was a 2013. Kerp the content coming guys, i enjoy all your videos.

I just returned from an 11 state trip to see my grandson graduate from Basic at Fort Sill. Had to go, forth generation Army! Good excuse to see country I had not seen in awhile. What went wrong with my bike? Nothing. How much oil did it burn? None. Gas mileage 45.4 over 3980 miles. Only problem I encountered? At 76 years old, my butt hurt after about 6 hours on the bike. My longest day? 840 miles. Am I still happy with my 2014 Cross Roads? 😂

I appreciate the Victory content. Walked by a Vision on a showroom floor in 2009. After repeatedly saying I wanted one someday, I finally bought a 2016 new. Love the bike, probably the last big bike I’ll own. Have Suzuki Burgmans as backups which keep the miles down on the Vision😅 will ride until I can’t anymore. I suspect the Vision will go as long as I can. The guys mentioned bullet proof, which seems to be the standard for Victory, engine and tranny on the vision seems to be just that. These guys are right, not a drop of oil dripped or burned.

I own 1 Harley chopper, 2 victory kingpins, 1 Victory octane (wife rides it and one of the kingpins mostly), 1 victory boardwalk, 1 Victory Hammer, and a victory CCT, the HD chopper requires more maintenance and work then all six victories together, love all the Vic's, and switch around which one I'm riding depending on where I'm going and what I'm feeling like, best bike's out there in my opinion

Intrested to hear what your dislikes towards the bike.. it's very hard to find something that's not perfect about the XC any way. 106 is indestructible. Like you said, i never checked the oil on a Victory. ✌️

2013 HardBall here....pulled the apes, went to beach bars and a windshield. 50,000 miles and all I change are the oil and the tires. Entirely bullet proof and I love riding it like a sport bike and dragging the floorboards, even at low speeds. This will be my last bike.

Yes! Totally agree ! And in reply to your next video, thought I would just include the comment here also ! The Five Best things about the Five things you all hate are the Five Things I dont have any issue with ! haha ! I have a Cross Roads 2012 LE ! No crazy large fairing so no panel noise, no noticeable buffering as the large windshield caters for that, no problems with the paint, No heat problems as I dont have lowers etc, and we rarely get super high temps in the UK , And I wouldnt dream of having a stereo on a bike so no problem there either ! Seems like I may have hit the jackpot then ! Great Video Guys , And I drive probably more like James May also ! haha ! Thanks ! Inspirational that you have got such high mileage and you have not had any issues . Keep Up the Good Work ! And my Bike just looks so beautiful, a work of art, qudos to whoever sat there and designed it !

Bonjour! Been riding since 1985 and i have had mostly sportbikes. I traded my 1999 Hayabusa in 2007 for a brand new Suzuki M109R because i could not stand that crotch rocket riding position after all these years. The M109R gave my 6'4" frame the leg room i needed but over the years i started longing for a cruiser with luggage capacity. The Harley bikes felt so heavy and cumbersome compared to my Suzuki i decided to wait for something different... and then i found my 2010 Victory Vision 8-Ball in late 2021... not as fast and powerful as my M109R but very comfortable AND capable in the twisties... and i love these long floorboards, you can move your feet any way you like and never get tired on this bike. I had the clutch bearings, pressure plate and clutch replaced after one month of ownership at 85000km (52000mi) and the stator/rotor replaced in the summer of 2022. A great bike, can't wait to ride again! Greetings from Montréal, Québec. 🖖

I’m hoping my wife lets me keep it and allow me to get another bike. I’m a big guy and you can’t beat the comfort level especially when my wife rides with me. Our suggestion for anyone looking for new bikes would be to try and see if there's a demo event in your area. The factory trucks usually have a schedule traveling the country. Demo rides are a great way to ride several bikes with zero sales pressure.

I'm on my 3rd Victory, I had a vegas 8-ball to start with. I'm 5'7 and found the ergonomics of it were perfect, Harleys felt rough and vibrated a shit load where's the vegas was smooth.
I now have a magnum (profile pic). I can adjust the air ride down so I'm flat footed, the centre of gravity makes it easy to pick up. I find the st glide and road glide cumbersome.
Polaris were clever where they put the weight, who else puts the battery behind the front wheel! Only thing I'm missing is an electric windscreen, I've contemplated fitting the vision mechanism for abit more comfort 🤷‍♂️

I think you'll always be able to get wear parts, bearings brakes etc. As for aftermarket, its out there and there are great forums. Really, it comes down to timing to get parts. For example, if you were on a cross country trip and had an issue it may be a challenge. But ordering things to work and service at home shouldn't be an issue.
