Marshall College is owned by Aberdeen University, which is over 500 years old. The College is the 2nd largest granite building in the world. The building was renovated when the council took over the building.
It’s a stunning building 😍 thanks for the info 🙏
I’m originally from Lancaster way and moved to Aberdeen permanently in 2010. Best move I ever did. Loads to do and everything on your doorstep!
Aberdeen was just beautiful will be back again to explore more 😊
Aberdeen is one of those places that is miles from anywhere & when you arrive it’s surprising how impressive it is in scale and how busy it is & it has all the features of much larger cities like Glasgow or Leeds or Manchester etc
Couldn’t agree more 😃😃
Thanks for visiting us, l am very proud of our city.
Was known as the Silver City
Won Britain in Bloom 9 times in a row
Famous chip shops
Annie Lennox from Aberdeen
Union Street was once packed with pedestrians
We like a good verbal fight on Facebook especially when the local paper puts out an article😅
Remember to come back.
Our pleasure!
Thank for featuring so positively my home town of Aberdeen, have not lived there since the early 1990’s, but when the sun shines, it’s a lovely place to visit. Also lots of nice parks and a winter gardens to visit on your next visit.
Hiya, we hope to come up again next year as there was so much to see and not enough time to explore! Such a beautiful place ❤️
I stay about 7 miles in a little village to the south... I've worked and shopped and got drunk in Aberdeen for years but just never really appreciated all the little things. It's good to see your guys perspective. I think I'll take a drive into Duthie Park this weekend go for a wander.
Thanks for making our city look good 😊
That Brewdog that you passed was the very first Brewdog.
Marischal College was actually founded in 1593!!
It was cleaned a few years ago.
Great vid 🎉
Wow thanks for the info, the collage looked almost new they did an amazing job!
Really enjoying your blogs, love the sense of humour, you are a credit to the motorhome communities ❤
What a lovely comment that’s just made my day thank you so much ❤️
It's so interesting seeing tourists in my city and how much you appreciate the buildings! They're just so normal to me after seeing them every other day for my whole life. Marschal College is the City Council building not a college, it's very old it only looks new as the whole Broad Street area (the street/road) you was walking on had a major refit a few years ago and the buildings cleaned. the concert court is actually the city court so not really a building you want to be in, the high court is accross the road from it.
It’s a very beautiful city Lucy 😍 . Arh right ok , someone else said about that building being renovated , made an absolutely amazing job of it 😍
Your dog is just fantastic 😂🎉🎉
He is mark he’s a cracking dog
Don't forget a can opener 😉🙃 ❤
Omg lol 😂 we forgot when we went in home bargains , well reminded!

@@FieldviewAdventures will catch up soon. Keep the videos coming and you will love going abroad in the MH.
Marischal College is the hq for the council. It is owned by the University of Aberdeen who have leased it. It was recently cleaned. Actually built in 19th century.
Thanks David . They’ve done a great job it looks brand new
@@FieldviewAdventures they did a great job, took about 100 years of dirt off. Pretty much pitch black before
Its a very old building
Hi guys loving the videos really fancy doing something like this our selfs! Would be interested to know what you do for things like school as we have children and you said in a previous video about hospital appointments! With know address how does all that work 😄 presumably there is a way round this
Hi guys so we have actually registered docs/dentist etc to a family members address. Zak has been homeschooled since before we left home and it just works around you there is no schedule to work to or set amount of time/subjects that you have to do you are your own boss with it 😊 zak is under a specialist paediatrician at Doncaster hospital where he has 6 monthly check ups and thankfully the appointments now come through via txt/email so that makes it much easier 😊
Another great video, you mentioned up rating your alternator. I think I may need to do the same to my Kontiki. Would love to know what you get?
Hi Dave thanks 🙏. I’ve looked a room google and eBay and there’s a 150amp alternator available witch should fit straight on , I need to get underneath mine and check what’s fitted , but I suspect it’s only a smaller one . I’ve not ordered on as yet tho !!
@@FieldviewAdventures thanks I’ll check mine out, and look out for your “fitting a replacement alternator vid”😜
I noticed you said your Amazon package was delivered late if your on prime you get your delivery for free
We’re not on prime mark , I might contact them but then again it was only £2.99 so probably not worth the hassle
hi that guy in fornt of the Aberdeen sign early in your clip, you should of photo bombed & shout "Its Redders" 🙂
🤣🤣🤣🤣love it!
Hi love Ur videos thay r geat I have subscribed Ur videos look redders lol lol lol
Ha ha yes it’s been very warm just lately! Thank you for subscribing ❤️
❤hi de hi campers 😂 hope your all well , thanks for another entertaining fun vlog ❤ .... My question is did you have to get permission to take zak out of school and do you have to provide yearly school work to your education department, zak must be loving life living freedom 😊 carry on making great memories ❤
Hi Julie, so zak is registered as EHE (elective home education) so he’s homeschooled and it fits very nicely around what we do day to day as you are your own boss with the as and when it gets done and how much 😊
@@FieldviewAdventures free to enjoy living life ( freedom) priceless....thankyou for taking the time to reply that's nice of you hope your all doing good and lovely boo ....he is loving life to in his new wheels lol 😂 to cute
Well what a great place that is…and the freedom to explore further with Boo now you have the buggy 👍😍xx
Enjoying your travels. Are you missing anything about your old house?
Hiya I’d say the only thing we miss is the shower! Just having the extra room and not having to shower in water saving mode!!
@@FieldviewAdventures thanks for the reply. I was just wondering as it is a jump going from weekends away and whatnot to full time. Glad your all enjoying and I'm enjoying travelling along with ya 😉👍
17:11 you were thinking of what 😂😂😂 and dude 26:30 famous last words 😂
Ha ha still a rogue at heart ❤️
@@FieldviewAdventures ah wait, you said robbing or dogging 😂
@@zafiracamper oh ha ha it’s old school mechanic talk but yeh never even thought about that!! 🤣
@@FieldviewAdventures 😂😂
Did you meet our gulls?
Lol 😂 yes just a few
Hi mate, just wondering what camera you used to walk around Aberdeen as the stabilisation was excellent.
Hi frank I used the go pro 10 for the walk around Edinburgh . I mainly use this now unless I’m inside then I use the Sony zv1 as it’s better in low light
Thanks for the fast reply. I’ve just bought a Insta Flow gimbal for my iPhone as it has tracking on it but I just noticed how stable your footage was. 👌👍
@@frank01709 ye go pros are really good for stability and that was only on standard , you have different levels you can use , only down sides is the not so good in low light and there’s obviously no zoom , but fir general walk about vlogging there very good 😊
Gurglepopp
Hi guys i have a question for you!......... wheres the wine gone????
Ha ha we have cut right back on the vino now and just trying to stick to a glass or two on a weekend!
How are the wine glasses coping with the travels. 😂🎉
@@scotty7983 erm……….🤣
