How To Fix a Samsung Galaxy A51 that Went Completely Dead and Won’t Turn On or Respond

Once the phone no longer powers on, it’s possible that such a problem is caused by either a firmware issue or there’s a problem with the hardware. Whatever the case may be, you will need to troubleshoot your device, and here’s what you need to do about it.
First solution: Force restart your phone
Second solution: Charge your phone and do the forced restart

my A51 started only taking a charge when hooked to my pc a week ago. It wouldn't take a charge in the car, from a remote power source, or from any wall plug or wire. PC only. then i unfortunately let it die completely and can't get it to do anything. it shows a circle and lightning bolt whenever hooked to a power source...but never takes the charge and refuses to hard restart. Makes no sense

I tried a forced reset ( power key + volume down) but I released the keys too early and nothing showed up on the screen.
Now my device won't turn on.. and the battery was 62%
