18:18 the deeper water slows you on your ascent, the acceleration is only applied at the very start of the animation, that's my guess
There’s also the fact that you’re below your starting point, so you’ll travel a similar distance, but some of the blocks you travelled through will have been water.

18:15: riptide was designed to shoot you through the water, but you can dolphin jump out, however, riptideing through water is slower that the movement you get through the air. Higher levels of riptide don't make you go farther, they make the boost effect longer. So moving through as little water as possible, ensures you move the farthest.

If you log out while falling and quite close to touching the ground and than log back in, you don`t take any fall damage, even if you were falling from the high build limit.

18:14 the reason why riptide flies further in a shallow pool more than a deep one is because when the player entity uses the enchantment fully underwater the water block above him slows his momentum. this is the case when doing water clutches or falling from a distance into floating water then onto the ground. you get slowed down a bit and lose momentum

if you tweak the bamboo part, with every block a bamboo, you can climb to the top and hide an anvil. once your friend starts demolishing it there won't be just a laggy thing, plus a few anvils. maybe if you can make anvils quick you could put an anvil in all of the bamboo, and if your friend is unsuspecting, then they'll die on the spot, however they run because every bamboo thing has a anvil on top and all they can do to survive it is get out of the bamboo, witch works better the bigger it is. although I'm going to be surprised once you actually place all the anvils.

I am on my cousins realm in bedrock, and for some reason every time I hold a hopper or a cake, it becomes so big I can’t even see 10 pixels
Shallow water makes less drag but deeper water makes more drag so when you use a riptide trident the more drag will slow you down and make you go a lesser height 22:31 pm 22:37
The reason that using riptide in a deep pool is worse then a shallow one is becouse the game counts it from your feet and because moving in water is slower then in air the extra block of water will slow you down making it so that you wont go as high
You should review either ender’s cataclysm or Alex’s caves or Alex’s mobs next. Or even Lycanites mobs
dunno if any commenters mentioned this but Cactuses, earlier on in beta minecraft, also used to render significantly larger as dropped items than anything else

27:25 bedrock handles rendering better, because it’s coded in a more efficient language.
While that won’t mean your old iPhone, iPad, or low end android device will work amazingly most of the times, it means more capable machines can go wild. The game still needs a beefy cpu, but it’s like a more efficient version of Java Minecraft + optifine with the GPU load split options on, which means even a low end GPU and CPU can run the game great.
Unlike Java where you’ll most likely be at half the render distance or less.

the reason shalow water is better for riptide is likely because you are met with less resistance by the water the using it
the reason why the riptide in deeper water goes slower is because of the fact that you move slower in water
