A more clever option for marking a path in the stronghold could have been to mark all incorrect doors with just stone bricks but mark the correct doors with mossy and/or cracked stone bricks. It could be suspicious, but less noticeable.
Anyway, that is Camdeeno himself that made all the speedruns and change skin each time, just check Namemc.
