Dough:
250g bread flour
20g egg white
2g salt
8g fresh yeast (or 3g instant dry yeast)
130g water
50g condensed milk
20g unsalted butter
Filling:
150g purple sweet potato puree
1 tsp condensed milk
170 Celsius / 340 Fahrenheit, bake for 15 minutes

嗨你好!请问是为什么面包刚烘焙是柔软,隔天就会硬,是什么原因呢?谢谢你!☺️
面包的老化是避免不了的,油脂和糖可以减缓老化的速度,密封保存也会好很多。如果做的多,可以冷冻一部分,冷藏会加快变硬的速度。稍微变硬的甜面包用微波炉加热几秒会变软。如果是欧包,切片用吐司炉烤一下也会更好吃
