Weather: Thousands flee homes in Southland flooding

Thousands of people in Southland towns, not just Mataura, have been forced to leave their homes following civil defence evacuation orders.
Residents in Gore, Wyndham and Mataura were told not to be complacent and to leave immediately.
We spoke to some of those caught up in the State of Emergency.
