    Thanks mate, very helpful, I have some leaks rigth on the driver side, now thanks to your video I am sure it's power steering fluid as it's in the zone where those tubes are. Will check that soon as possible and do a flush aswell.. Ty :)

      Hriddhi Debnath I know man!, I plan on bleeding my brakes soon, I have the push to start, and every time I pump my brakes the pedal gets to hard to push down, I’m wondering if that’ll be a problem when I’m bleeding my brakes, any pointers?

    • @regulater117_
      @regulater117_ Před 5 lety

      Hriddhi Debnath did you have any problems with that?

    • @regulater117_
      @regulater117_ Před 5 lety

      Hriddhi Debnath any problems with that way, when you turned your car on and then off again? I’ve heard you should always keep your car off when you bleed your brakes

    Just the video I needed, awesome work dude! Did you need only 946mL of that fluid?

  • @dominicvillanueva4228

    planning to do this. but can anyone let me know if it’s better to vacuum pump the return line? assuming it’s that top hose at 1:26 of this video

    Wait a second.. Why are you applying "brake fluid“? You said this twice despite working on power steering system!

    Not sure if anybody can chime in on this but the manual says to use Pentosin chf 202 hydraulic fluid. But my dealer said to use phf4. Does it matter or make a difference? It's a 2011 genesis coupe turbo if it matters
    A side note the fluid that's in my car is actually clear/yellow to. It's not the green color like it should be

      So I'm having the same issue...I'm getting different answers so did you ever get your question answered?

    • @JzLyfe
      @JzLyfe Před 2 lety

      @@sallyuriarte8488 I ended up using CHF202 fluid, has a green color to it, so far everything is good and no issues. I drained all the old fluid out myself though. I read mixing fluid CAN cause issues. Make sure to put the car in the on position then turn the wheels front left to right for about 20 times. When you turn the car on If you hear a grinding noise turn the car off and repeat the turning process some more.

    when you need power steering fluid topped off do you need to do a whole flush?

    • @smashface22
      @smashface22 Před 5 měsíci

      Not usually. If your fluid is discolored, say, burnt brown color versus bright red when new, then yes.

      Jimmy Durano it’s an expensive expensive thing only so it if you really have the money , for a cheaper and still very fast 3.8 do full bolt ons and e85 swap then get it tuned you’ll see a huge difference
