I know a few signings that you could do with this career mode
Amar Dedić, 73 rated 20 yr old who can play on both sides of the back and goes up +1 if made a RWB or LWB, but he can also play RM without downgrades. He grows insanely fast, I’ve used him in nearly every save I’ve done and he’s gotten over 80+ within his first season.
Lucas Beraldo and Bisseck, both can be loaned and are 75 rated, but Beraldo is 19 while Bisseck is 22. Both are great CB options to sign and grow quickly
Sergio Gomez, 22 yrs old and plays LB but goes up +2 if he is converted to CM, CDM, CAM, L/RW and L/RM, as well as +1 if turned into a LWB/RWB or a CF

gift orban is a good option for a striker that fits your theme of youth talents. but if you want the perfect counter attack striker, sign levi garcia. he is 6'0 foot tall, 88 acceleration 89 pace 87 strength 95 jumping 81 finishing 83 dribbling. he is a bit older at 25, but he is perfect for your style of play.
Adam Hlozek could be a great striker already proven himself at Bayern Leverkusen as a backup striker but if given a chance at a club like Ipswich he could prove himself to be the man for the job

You should sign Merlin Röhl from Freiburg. He's a 20 yo 73 rated CAM, 6 foot 4, has good potential and could fit really well into the Ipswich team. He could also play CF as well which could solve the Hirst problem.

PCQ: There is player named Sammie Szmodics. He had an insane season this season in the Championship finishing top scorer. He is versatile and can play a lot of positions. Plays for Blackburn and can be a great addition.
Edit: another name that comes to mind is Victor Gyokeres. Maybe too expensive but in the future a good addition..

My choice would be Evan Ferguson because he has premier league experience, He has 84 potential which would do nicely if you want to build a young team and he is only worth 10 million. Other options I'd consider is are people like Balogun, Henrique Araújo, and Zirkzee, (You will have to do a swap for those 3) Great video Sid :)
Ivan Tonery - Englishman with experience in the Premier League and lower leagues, excellent finishing, excellent in penalty kicks, physically strong with good pace.

There’s a player that’s only a couple 100K, but takes some patience to bring him to his potential. Ku-DiPietro plays for DC United.
First of all what a banger from S2G again. For the ST position I suggest you go for Ferguson he is young and so much potential is running through that player
For the striker issue Sid sign Armando Broja or you can get Benjamin Šeško; he is a good all-round player and even has flair in his playing style. Both of these guys are good, trust me. And you can also get a young center back with good pace in the name of Jorrel Hato from Ajax.
Evan Ferguson is a great signing for that striker position Sid. He's 74 rated at 18 years old and has great potential as a youngster. He has decent pace and insane finishing. You could get him for around 13m which is way under your budget, so you could improve other positions in your team.
You should sing pedro neto because he has very good pace and he would improve the squad massively

PCQ: Sign Bojan Miovski for that ST spot he's doing wonders in the cinch League hes scored 20+ season last season and has almost 35G/A this season (27 of them were goals) he's a great player with amazing shooting, good pace, and an amazing all round player. He's getting much attention from clubs like Manchester United, Leverkusen, etc. And he's such a cheap option, for the 22 year old talent. Although he doesn't receive the ball much his goal tally is impressive. and seriously consider him as an immediate starter over Hirst.

PCQ: I think signing a good young striker is a good idea. Somebody like Eddie Nketiah. But I’d also pitch Jean-Phillipe Mateta of Crystal Palace. A baller through and through and he loves being loved by fans. He seems perfect and plus he’s had loads of Premier League experience.
You can sign Benjamin Sesko, he is very tall and he is only 20. He is playing in the Bundesliga
Dominik Solanke is a good striker irl for bournemouth, at one point he was one of the top scorers in the prem and he is really a hidden gem
Benjamin Sesko would be a good shout for ST. Big but very mobile. Good in the air and can score from outside the box. Could lead you far in the series
PCQ: I would recommend Santiago Giménez from Feyenoord if he is to expensive I would also recommend Hugo Ekitike and if that’s not possible I would also recommend Eddie Nketiah
You can also try signing Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig, the kid is a 20 year old striker, with 78 ovr, and lots of potential, he can provide a lot of firepower up front
Mathyls Tel will be perfect for the striker role, or Timothy Weah from Juventus is also a good option.
Octavian Popescu, top young player from a nation rarely seen from Europe. Really good stats as a young player, can play cam or any attacking side. Just give it some thought.

I think with the 30M you have - Putting all one striker is the best move for now. However u will need a better defender later. So get someone like :
1)Nelson Welper FC Mainz He has really good pace
2) Ronaldo - I got him for around 22M in career mode . Maybe put in someone to get him cheaper
3)Rasmus hojlund can be a good investment as well . All the best

For strikers I have some choices I love to sign : Karim konate, eddie nketiah, Marcos Leonardo, Folarin Balogun, George Ilenikhena,Eliesse Ben Seghir and Benjamin Šeško are all options I like and think you should sign
You could sign Henry Martin,he is a free agent and he is 79 rated overall
use burns on the flanks he can be useful with his pace in counter attacking situations
I recommend signing Nicolas Fullkrug! He has great shooting and he is 80 OVR he does lack pace (62) and is 30 but will do a perfect job for Ipswich Town due to your budget!
