- Philadelphia police have arrested a woman accused of encouraging looters while live on social media Tuesday night.
Dayjia Blackwell, 21, allegedly used her social media platform to encourage people to engage in looting at several locations and is alleged to have engaged in criminal activities herself, according to the district attorney's office.

The tax payers have to pay for the incarceration, and probation of people. Unfortunately if everyone was prosecuted to the fullest extent it would cost tax payers a lot more money to house people, put them on probation, and bring them to trial. It's not about being soft on law. No one is soft on crime. It costs money to bring people to justice. I've heard of people in the Republican south being arrested 40 plus times. Then eventually they commit a murder. I've also heard about people in blue states who were arrested 5 times for dui.

We made 52 arrests and they all got out the very next day.
That’s how bail / our judicial system works. A lot of them still need to show up for court. If convicted I say plus the jail time - they should chop off a finger for each felony which they are convicted of. That should make these idiots think twice before committing crimes like this in the future.
