However as you can see with the bail being so low that she has no criminal record and likely made a mistake or didn’t realize what she was doing was stupid and a crime. Her mom did well because any of her statements can be used against her so good job stopping the interview. Funny thing is she won’t have all her charges dismissed at her preliminary hearing like the COP although she could possibly make a first amendment claim of free speech however she likely screwed that up by receiving stolen property ie ; the iPhone and Hennessy lol 😂 smh

I do not care if she had a criminal record or not, the fact is, she was at MINIMUM connected to widespread crime in a major city during a specific point in time. I'm not saying she is automatically guilty, but the fact you are even defending her involvement in these criminal activities is really worrisome. Also calling this somehow a "mistake" is downplaying the negative impact all this caused. Her being a "social media influencer" is enough of an issue here. Any leniency will not teach her a lesson. It will only embolden her to think it is okay to do it again with little or no consequences. I also do not care what her background is, where she lives, where she went to school or who her friends are. She needs to be held accountable for her actions. She is lucky her mother bailed her out of jail and is right now not being held in a jail cell.
