Yes. Especially Lando, he just blows me away. With all that talent though, if they had approached their growth as a team, MWC could have been something really special. You look at Poreotics or Jabba, and their growth as a crew has been incredible. When I heard about these guys coming together I was hoping they would grow as a crew.
I'm guessing that wasn't their goal. I think they are all individuals that found a mutual interest in forming a group to gain exposure. They're all boys and will link up for events, teaching, etc, but they all have their personal goals and ideas for their own choreography, which is their main focus..

100% agreed. I just mean if they focused on growing as a crew they could have been a pretty special crew.
Wulf I agree but I think they are still a crew because their focus is more on their brotherhood than growing as a dancing group. They're entertaining to watch because you get so much of their individual personality and style. I respect crews that take constructive criticism and grow as artists but keep their artistic vision whether that be complimenting to each other in dance or letting each individuals style of dance shine.

Will Smith it looks terrible but when you really think about it i bet money it takes forever to learn it, it looks so difficult to do all that on time and on the beat.

I see everyone calling them boring or whatever, but to me they did great. It's nice to see actual dancing and choreo than all these tricks and such in other routines you see now. Don't get me wrong, those are amusing or whatever, but it's not exactly dancing. They were actually DANCING and they all did a damn good job at it.

every set was special on its own way. bam's opener was killer. lando's with the mdubarmy was just oh shoot word on the street!! those wobbly legs doe. jawn and two girls reppin grv brian's rocket was just melting smooth and to a beyonce song can not go wrong. and ian's new choreo set to chance? ayyyeeeee too much to handle whaaat

See I never like to keep up with well known choreographers because it's all about this "Street-Jazz-Broadway" kinda feel all the time. Not that it's bad or anything, but they're all starting to look the same from what i see... But *these* guys right here keep it *HOOD;HIP-HOP!* This is what everyone else seems to be missing in their choreo pieces these days.. Much respect to this crew man. This shit was HARD!

AHHHH i'm mad that they didn't have chreo for paranoid. When there was silence i heard paranoid in the background and i got REAL hyped til i figured they weren't dancing to it lol. still it was an ILL show for real.

Great individuals, but they don't belong in a crew. Its more than just having the choreographer of the piece stand in front and just keep switching off.
the choreography as separate pieces would be craaaaaazyy... but as a complete show it was ok...Its like come on do your piece and walk off...got much love for mos wanted...but thats how it was
But watch all of the past WOD's where they have the whole crew and you will see they do actual performances (not just switching off), I'm sure they are all very busy now a days so it is hard to make a whole piece with transitions, etc. I liked this because it showcased not just, Brians, Ians and Juns pieces but it also showed Bam, Jawn, and Lando. WOD New York was one of those shows that you are looking for. It was a crew performance where this was more individual pieces.
lando's piece was my favourite btw... but i dunno...the individual pieces were dope..but as an overall performance, it gets a little boring (to me) when they are just singing along or just moving waiting for their beat to start... and the gap of time when they walk off before the next set begins...

i think all the sets were amazing, but it didn't feel like one crew performing a cohesive piece. it felt like a group of choreographer friends showing off how great they are in separate sets. almost like a showcase of how great they are individually rather than one cohesive unit competing against other crews. they're all great in their own right, but like @Wulf said, it feels more like individuals on stage together than a crew.

Ive been a mos wanted Crew fan since I was in the crowd for their debut WOD performance years ago but i have to say that this is the reason they coudlnt have won ABDC. Love them but they are a crew of individuals, more like a community. When they come together to make one choreography its not that great so they settle with rotating individual talent. Im a fan of each choreographer and ive met them all, but together they arent America's Best Dance Crew
