I am a teacher, running a coaching for IIT-JEE. I am the owner hence no need to ask anyone for leave.
I take extra classes to make up my absence. We plan holidays that matches with school holidays or my child takes 1 or 2 leaves.
They are learning a lot through travelling India that is beyond textbooks.

Bilkul thik rahega, koi tension ki baat nahi. Mostly expressways par hi chalna hai. If you can drive for 8 to 10 hrs at a stretch then it's not a big deal.
I would suggest ki 1st day lucknow tak aaye, waha night halt kare. Next day lucknow to patna via Purvanchal expy.

16 hour with all breaks. Start from Noida in morning 5.30. Do not drive in night you will get trucks trucks and trucks. Starting at 5 am from Noida you can bunk all city trafic in Lucknow. And you will get lesser trafic all around this route since you will cover those in odd hours
Yes I know, but the problem is leaving at 5.30 with kids tantrums while sleeping. Plus we never skip lucknow without entering the city. Lucknowi food is very important for us.

14 hrs, kyuki humlog raat me ruk gaye the agra lucknow expressway par.
Normally 9 to 10 hrs lagna chahie.

Absolutely, this is a state highway. Trucks and buses run whole night on this route.

Kanpur se Allahabad bypass ke entry point tak thoda disturbed hai to 6 lane work, Uske baad thik hai. Agar aap Varanasi ki taraf se aa rahe hai toh BP chandauli me fuel refill karwa le.
