But it is absolutely true. Fubara has been in office for less than one year. That project took 4 months from flagoff to commission. Wike payed fully for the project . I mean we can hate wike as much as we want. But you can’t deny he was the most performing governor in the entire country during his tenure. River State University is not even among the top 100 in Nigeria. It is still the way Wike met it. No notable improvement in the health, yet there were billions to throw out. He did not pay pensionners and students bursaries for 8 years. Is that your definition of PERFORMANCE. WIKE focused on bridges because these kinds of projects gave him opportunity to steal Rivers money and buy loyalty all over the country. Good governance is not something controversial. It is something that even your enemies will see and admit. Fashola in Lagos was a performer. Successive governors in Akwa Ibom have been performers but they don't spend billions to advertise the commissioning of 200 metres long bridge. Go to Akwa Ibom, compare it the the situation in 1999 and you will see what they call PERFORMANCE. Some of you have never been outside Lagos and you dare accessing the performance of a governor of a State you have never been to.

Elections in Nigeria is not being counted based on the number of LGA's won but it is being counted by the Total number of majority vote cast for a Single candidate.
In the Past in Rivers State, Southern Ijaw which is Bayelsa today used to be the Majority in Rivers State followed by Ikwerre as Second majority in Rivers State. So, try make a Proper research when next you're trying to dispute fact.

It is Igbo and Ijaw people that make up the population in their local government. Because there local government is close to Port Harcourt by land. In fact no difference from Port Harcourt it is part of greater portharcourt while our places is isolated by water. The ikwere people know this
