How to take several puffs of Symbicort in one go?

A quick clarification on how to take a few doses of Symbicort back-to-back in one go. If you need to administer 2 inhalations of Symbicort, you would need to arm the inhaler each time. This means that you would twist the red bottom in one direction then back until it clicks before each full inhalation. You need to inhale correctly and fully each time. Try to avoid taking shallow slow breaths as this is not going to deliver the medication effectively. Watch the video for more details.

Hi Doctor. Im now using symbicort as it look like seretide is not working for me. My physician prescribed to use 2 puffs in the morning and 2 puffs at night.
She mentioned i can use symbicort within the day and maximum of 12 puffs in a day (including the 4puffs - am/pm).
My question is, whats the maximum usage/puffs of symbicort dailiy?

I used one puff every six hours on Symbicort 160. Breathing was just fine but anxiety appears. Switched now back to Seretide 250 twice a day and my anxiety is gone and breathing is so much better. Can do sports again.
