How to make a Skulldozer inspired spartan in Halo Infinite

After an unnecessarily long wait, it's finally here. I apologize for this taking so long, I wanted to wait till I got some decent armor that'd actually make a good looking Skulldozer spartan

I did make a Hazmat version, but I felt the Mk IV version looked better
