I love the Sierra Leonean hostess. She was great at explaining and helping understand the regional food. She’s eating all that food and still maintaining a fabulous shape and waist line. Btw, her hair is fantabulous!!! I would pay several thousand dollars to be able to have hair that thick, full, healthy, and fantabulous.👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥

Boski vegans don’t eat fish, vegetarians can if they want to, Pescatarians do.

Hey brother I just had this today at work. I'm in the Navy and a new sailor just checked in from Sierra Leone. Lunch time came around and I asked what she is eating and she told me. I said to her that I watch Wode Maya on CZcams and he tried that while in Sierra Leone , so I had to try it. Yes it was outstandingly good, my gosh. Keep doing good thing Wode Maya.

This is amazing because as an American I don’t have any Sierra Leone friends. Pineapple 🍍 It’s my favorite I love the fruit I cannot live without pineapple 🍍😂 But I do have Liberian Friend and I had the opportunity to eat potato leaves from them was very delicious 🤤 .

Am Ghanaian but have eaten potato leaves stew and the second dish we call Liberia rice ..very healthy and delicious 😋 similar to a Liberian food my mum prepares cos she lived der for some years

Am glad that you too hooked up. Let's tell our own story with young talented Africans. Potatoe leaves, cassava leaf and okra are my favourite dishes in Sierra Leone and lafide ofcourse which was mostly prepared by most Madingo/Fulla homes. Madingo which happen to be my tribe.
