How is Windsor a place to settle, I am looking to purchase property around riverside to live in. Of course the detached homes there have crossed 1 million. Will it still be a good purchase at this price when comparables were selling around 800-900k a few months ago?

Among Canada’s Census Metropolitan Areas (CMAs), the overall vacancy rate increased from 2.0% in 2019 to 3.2% in 2020 for all bedroom types,in other words, no clouds before 2024 (it is from 6% that the problems to find a tenant begin)
