You used egg roll wrappers. Lumpia is generally rolled in spring roll wrappers. Spring roll wrappers are smoother and thinner than egg rolls. For a more authentic taste used pork or ground beef or a combination of the two. It adds more flavor than turkey or chicken. Unless you want a healthier or vegetarian option.
