Nigerians should support local goods and services. Airpeace must not be allowed to fail. Airpeace has shown to the world that foreign commodities are overpriced in Africa, especially in Nigeria.
However, the new discourse should be how to force the government to consume local goods. Nigerians must voice out relentlessly until they reset their penchant for foreign products. They should purchase locally manufactured vehicles, among other things, and create an enabling environment for start-ups.

Even if one can swim like a fish, it's still challenging to survive in the endless sea with a life jacket on before rescue arrives.
Naval officers and marine police, who are trained to swim with bigger, stronger boats, always wear life jackets. It's indeed reckless for ordinary people on open boats to ride without jackets. It's suicidal.
