I still prefer the older Quad 4 IP and Hex 4 as they are bigger, which means less easy to steal and the battery lasts longer!
I’ll be buying the older version!

One more comment about the new flarecon app. Could you give us the option of the original 4 programs and sound mode that was on the original flarecon app?
For quick setups it was easy, although I like what the new flarecon app can do I’d like the option of an easier way too!
whats the difference between the Q9 and H9? could we see a side by side?

BRING BACK THE OLD FLARECON APP!
I originally thought the old flarecon app was better and was distraught when I switched on my iPhone and the app had changed! I couldn’t get it to work so just stuck my lights on a single colour all night.
However now I’ve got to grips with the new flarecon app it’s amazing what it can do!

Can these quads work with our old quad 4s? I have a feeling NO.

@@NizMuL i know but the more i think about it the more i think not. They will work with the d-fi as a seperate light to select but not quite sure you can select Quad 4 on the app and these will work right along side of your quad 4s as the same light. But i have never figured out how to control more than one type of light at the same time.
@@FlatEarthSovereign If they have the same DMX values, which I’m sure they do, they will work together.
Unfortunately, a lot of the Chinese lights are pretty impressive based on their price. I’ll wait for the knockoffs.
Because For the price of 20 of these, I’d have to take out a mortgages. No thanks.
