I wish we had smell of the kitchen. I wanted to jump on the screen and enjoy live. So well filmed. And interpreted!

She is luminous in general and especially in that gem of a movie.

Juliette Binoche has such an incredibly soothing presence onscreen. It's just something about the way she moves, the way she smiles, the way she walks, the way she speaks. She exudes such genuine peace and kindness and passion, that (SPOILER ALERT!) when her character Eugenie dies in the film, I can relate to Dodin's feelings of missing her every second. I ached for her to return to the screen and grace us with her beautiful, extremely poignant presence. Ms. Binoche does the same thing in the film. "Chocolat". She's a stunning, amazing actress.

Her accent over time has become very americanised. Very talented lady.
