I have a client I train in his mid 50s. His testosterone is 1200 because he’s juiced to the gills on TRT. All the older guys are these days but while that might sound good , it’s a lot of maintenance and concerns now with other parts of his body. Personally I think he should dial it back but he likes feeling like Superman.

Also my testosterone levels are higher towards the upper limit of normal. My mother's ring finger is noticeably longer than the index finger. She is timid and avoids conflicts. Well, I'm an "A", for what's that worth. I'm a 51 year old, ethnic Russian, straight male Canadian. I'm also 5'6" tall about 150 lbs, years of martial arts, bouncing in bars, roofing, construction, pretty much any traditional male role, including walking around the British Columbia forests on high mountains all by my lonesome, hunting and fishing or just seeing if I could walk from one city to another through the wilderness for shits and giggles. In almost every job I've ever had, I've been the boss and I achieve that position naturally and rapidly, in my current job, in a factory, I am not the boss and yet, I direct everyone and when they complain, the actual bosses tell the complainers to do what I tell them. I don't care what people think of me and I don't need a "support" group. I will not allow another man to work on my houses, that's a man's job to do for himself, I worked for a time as a faller for the Forestry Service and was voted by the crew, most likely to die on the job, I cut whatever anyone else was to scared to cut. I was always left alone to work as I see fit, no matter which company or who was the boss because I always get the job done. I don't care what other people want, if I don't like it, I won't do it or participate, I will defend their right to do as they please but I will not accept forced participation. I've have never followed the pack, I've always gone my own way, even in school, I challenged everything and did the work as I saw fit, not as instructed. One might think this is the path to failure but on the contrary, besides always being asked not to participate with the class within the first day of any class or grade, I won many scholastic awards, skipped a grade and was made and International Baccalaureate, then I quit school, only to return to College for Physics and Chemistry as an adult as these courses have fundamental applications to everyday life. No one has ever tried to stop me or interfere with my direction at any given point in my life, I did what I wanted but I also took responsibility, which is why no one ever tried to stop me. Always had at least one job, often two or three and contributed freely to my family. My family still follows my instruction and I take responsibility for our direction. I'm what Jordan Peterson refers too as a disagreeable personality although I can and do make people laugh often and often people come to me for advice and direction, I do not seek these things from others besides reading and learning, I am an autodidact, I simply don't ask others for help. I will stand for my principles and be upright, even if they lead to my death. All this, I think, makes me an alpha. No matter what the divining of my hand says, I simply do not follow other people, they either follow me or I go my own way with best wishes for them.

I'm a construction worker I can do everything from plumbing to building you a complete home rough to finish garage doors commercial residential industrial roofing heavy equipment operator.
