I think many people also prefer candles because they get them not only for the scent, but also for the aesthetic of having a beautiful jar with a beautiful label, the flame dancing and the light it gives. At least this is what I do! For me, the way a candle looks is just as important as the scent❤
Great to see a new video. Hope the little one is doing well. I’m thinking that I may launch my wax melts first whilst I am testing the candles. It will enable me to start getting some money in hopefully and build up my confidence whilst I’m doing it. I never knew what wax melts were before watching your videos! I bought a really pretty colour changing electric burner and am loving the ease of burning these little squares of gorgeousness!

Container candles require container wax and wax melts require tart wax or even pillar wax! Wax melt wax is usually harder in consistency than candle container wax
I find your video very offensive especially considering I have made 1000's of wicked candles which compared to wax melts is far easier once you have learned the process. I only make wax melts and wickless candles now and they are far more involved than you think. How many different types of wax melts have you made that aren't poured into a wax compartment? The way you keep saying they are so easy etc. shows how you obviously know very little about them or the process.
Hmm well I wasn’t trying to be offensive lol. However this is the first time I have ever heard someone say that wax melts are harder/more involved than candles! In this video I was directly comparing clamshell mold wax melts vs candles. I wasn’t talking about wickless candles, wax melts with different intricate molds, etc. Just heating up wax, adding FO and pouring it into a clamshell mold. That was the comparison to candles in this specific video :)
