First RAC i saw live, loved driving around the country for days and days and sleeping in the car in forests. So many happy memories.
I was on that last bend there in Myherin. Coldest night of my life sleeping in the forest in a thin, polyester sleeping bag. Vividly remember walking up to the stage and seeing someone sleeping in a ditch between two parked cars looking like a 7 foot yellow caterpillar. Went to Clocaenog later in the day. This brought back very precious memories - not only of the event, but reviewing the Rally Report videos afterwards to try and spot ourselves.Thank you.

I don’t think they knew just how legendary the Spanish Squash champion was going to be in years to come!
