Hello I apologize i advance if this is long winded. I have about 12-15 basic square glazed ceramic tiles. I have no intension of going to purchase a bunch of fancy tools Id never use again. All I want to do is makee 1 straight cut directly down the middle of each tile to split them in half. They'll be used for a floor in my bathroom and possibly a backsplash in my kitchen. I know your thinking 15 tiles yes beause I love miniatures and they're for my 1:12 scale dollhouse. With that being said could you please enlighten me any help would be greatly appreciated. Please tell me if 1) the method you are using is on ceramic tile ? 2) Is that a concrete drill bit ? 3) My tiles are beautiful cobalt blue and I need to know if i'd be scoring the back or front of the tile ? I am in desperate need of a lesson in how to cut tile 101. Ive enjoyed watching your videos and have liked and subscribed to your channel. I would greatly appreciate if you could help. If by chance those aren't ceramic ~ hopefully you coould let me know if there is a way possibly that just requirres another kind of driĺl bit ?
You can use this Carbide drill bits from AMAZON amzn.to/3wm7UMT
Hell yeah, made that look like it was breakable as drywall
