This is a perfect example of parents raising their children with manners. She’s the most polite, sweetest little girl with the most incredible voice. Her parents must be SO proud
+1
and the confidence!! Gosh.. with 11 on that stage? I could never
She's 11 years old! That's a very powerful vocals for an 11 years old. She really deserves the Golden Buzzer.
I agree. She has the voice of an angel
Damn this had me BAWLING! Her mum crying...her dad crying...the little kids in the audience...her VOICE..then the golden buzzer and she's so sweet! So pleased for her.
Me too.
Olivia has the voice out of a Disney movie. Absolutely beautiful. She’s going places. ♥️
My thoughts exactly. She sounds exactly like a disney movie!
golden buzzers for singers. lmao so lame
I waa thinking the same thing. She'll be single in the Disney movie soon she's got real talent
Ditto
TOTALLY❣️ That was my first thought!!! WOW!!! ❤️♥️❤️
Sat here in tears ..thank you Amanda for giving a young girl that obviously loves theatre and music the confidence to pursue her dreams. Olivia has raw talent and a gift ❤
Me too 🥹💜
Me too
me too, with so much JOY
Such a good voice for someone her age 😊😊
I wouldn't call that RAW talent by any stretch of the imagination. She has had lessons and a lot of them.
I am a 75 yr old geezer and she moved me to tears…brilliant and adorable…well done …
Finally a golden buzzer that is based on PURE talent and no sob story!!! Amazing job Amanda giving the golden buzzer, and Olivia wow what a star a future west end legend in the making!!
So set up and scripted..
🙄
@@patrickjoseph1247 scripted or not Olivia is talented and should be recognised for it.
What do you mean?
@@oganpromoter9149 she deserves to win Britain’s got talent & she will join the cast of Matilda the musical
No sob story, just an amazing talent and such a sweet soul. Seeing her running into Amanda’s arms at the end is everything. Go get ‘‘em Olivia and win it all
That's a very powerful voice for an eleven year old. Can't wait to hear her sing as her voice becomes more mature. She's only gonna get better!
@@princemwitii I wish that were true, but there have been so many extremely talented child singers, aged 9-13, on BGT, AGT and all the other GTs over the past 15 or so years, who have sadly struggled to forge a successful career. Once they lose the fascination of the _'wunderkind'_ factor, their fans mostly move on sadly.
*_R_* 😎
@@niamushi2033 idk, the high note she held was pretty solid
Meh, Angelina Jordan ruined it for me, she had the range and soul of a 50 yo woman at 10.
@@niamushi2033 Okish lol please keep your "opinion" for yourself.
@@niamushi2033 yep
Honestly, I love how Bruno always stands up to deliver his critiques, something about it feels respectful.
It was so nice to see her gaining confidence as she progressed in the song, turning it up. By the end, she owned the song and the stage. At the end, looking up in the auditorium was a special moment.
Spot on!
Got the same feeling, she was very nervous but owned by the end of the song
06:17 THAT high note. Goosebumps. Unreal performance.
The moment she and Amanda ran to each other & Amanda lifted her up, that big beautiful hug tugged at all my hearts strings!! The most precious moment 🤍 Well done sweet girl Olivia, may all your dreams come true ✨
That 11 year old made the impossible vocals possible. More magic happened when the audience got up before she stopped singing. Loved it 100%!
That split moment between when she'd finshed singing and when the crowds started clapping for her amazing performance.... She just set every one of them in silent mode ❤️❤️❤️ bravo young lady well deserved 🔥🔥
That's TV editing for you
😂 the style of BGT editors
That pause is edited btw
That's called editing. There was actually quite a bit noise from the crowd clapping but it was edited out for dramatics.
Thx for ruining it for me guys 🤣💔 now my life could be edited by BGT editors
The insights from the audience adds even more to the performers videos-- "I think I'm going to start crying" "Come On". Words of encouragement that will never be heard during the performance, adds another layer to the excitement of having a live audience. Great singer and great audience!
To hear her say "Come on" in the beginning and to hear her dad say "Come on" towards the end shows the connection between father and daughter. What a great edit!
I feel the same way..
You just knew she had it the second she said to herself “Come On”. Then proceeds to lose herself when singing, what a star in the making. When she runs and hugs Amanda in the end, what a special connection. Soooo cute
There's something otherworldly about her; a magical aura. She's perfect for the West End!
Exactly what I was thinking!
@@WilliamParkerPhotography +1 ❤
❤+1
Love when she said ‘come on’ this shows the sign ‘I’m going to nail this’ heck yes she insanely did! well deserved the golden confetti ❤
am i having phenomenon, like déjà vu?😮
She’s fantastic!! She KILLED that difficult ending and then just stood there like a little girl. There was something heart stopping about it.
Well deserved based only off the performance!! No story, no announced hardships, just a little girl and a big voice who knows how to use it!! THEN to top it off she wasn’t prepared, didn’t rehearse etc bc she hadn’t even known abt it AND was visibly nervous! BRILLIANT GOLDEN BUZZER ❤
I totally agree 💯👍🎉
Agree? She was lip sinking like the words something tells me she was she didint deserve that golden buzzer
@@kat-reneekittel6159 Me too ,
@@Dmcdonnell258 Will see what happens as she moves forward - easier to tell if she is really singing. If she was lip syncing - won't make it far.
@@kat-reneekittel6159 oh
She's got the "whole package" to be performing in live musicals. Love her ❤
Yes!!
Definetely❤️
Hi Jess, Hi guys I love you Siri voice dial Sam yes happy Sunday Ansay what are you guys sending him last Friday last week who is the last day it will be me nine stylish dress inside right now OK if I have a seven sometimes this week
If she shouldn't be on Broadway, I don't know who should!! Way to go, young lady!! ❤
THE WAY SHE JUMPS INTO AMANDA'S ARMS--
This show really knows how to pull at your heart strings. The nerves could have a gotten to her but she pulled through in grand fashion. Well done
Nice to see an American drop by to comment on BGT act.
BTW, I agree 100%.
*_R_* 😎
Her voice, singing and speaking, gave me some special peace. She should be on Broadway. Her voice is spectacular. Sounds like a dream in a fairyland. ❤
I have watched this video at least 30 times in the past 5 hours, this young lady is absolutely amazing and humble.
Olivia's voice is amazing. The way Amanda lifted her up was so sweet. Such a lovely moment. She's such a cute little girl and her voice just soared like an angel. You can definitely see how maternal Amanda is too picking her up for a cuddle. Just lovely and I was in tears 😢😢
You KNOW it’s a powerful performance when there’s a hush between finishing and eruption of applause. Wowzers. ❤❤❤
i think it was the editing effect.
AC McBride-Olson I was thinking the EXACT same thing!!
That's editing! 😂
Editing…
Definitely edited in
11years old to sing that kind of song? That was truly amazing... I've got into tears when she is singing.. The high notes and the clarity of diction was incredible.. ..deserved a golden buZzer.. 😇😇🌷🌺💙🌹
I’ve had a rough few days in hospital and happened to come across this audition and just sitting here crying! Well done so proud of you olivia! You did it! ❤🎉 xxx
Sending you a feel better soon hug. 🥰
I hope you feel better Mandy, sending lots of love your way ❤️
What a great thing to boost your spirits while in the hospital,?:: Mandy. Its been a few weeks and l hope you are doing well (l am an RN) & on the mend. :) Be patient with yourself as you are still in the recovery window. Keep progressing!
You are loved💕
Yes Mandy. I second Lisa! you are loved. I too hope you are peacefully recovering. Be sweet and loving to yourself, you deserve the very best.
An absolutely OUTSTANDING performance by the young lady....the most well DESERVED golden buzzer...well done Olivia. ❤
This is the 2nd time Amanda Holden has pressed her golden buzzer over a girl who has sung defying gravity. How crazy is that!?
Beau Dermot was 12 and the 1st girl.
Exatamente ❤🎉
And the second time it's just for the show ! No big deal here
@@TheMelody911 The little girl actually sang that song just as good as the first girl and I think it’s a well deserved Golden Buzzer.
Sry but beau was better
I literally had tears as Olivia finished the last part of this song. It touched my soul. She has a very special gift!
This child is a gift to the world!! That voice does send you flying! God bless you little one and never forget your dreams and make them happen no matter what! ❤
I got chills from the moment she said she was going to sing Defying Gravity and then again at the last notes!! Insane talent at 11!!!
It started with a tiny lack of voice control but ended with such a masterclass 😻
That's called nerves!
@@ajbyname yes it is you are right - it wasn’t perfect I but she gave her best shot. However I think that I’d be nervous too.
An adult would be nervous walking out on that stage never mind a little girl!! She came, she saw and she most certainly 'blew the roof off!!!'
She didn't know about the audition no practice
People always gotta have something to say, enjoy what you could never achieve.
Dang that was really good I was glad it was a golden buzzer, she really deserved that, a 11 year old with a voice like that 👏👏
It's was like scene from Disney. All I could think about is frozen, moana, etc
This is one of my favorite audition from BGT! Olivia’s vocals were outstanding in this song.
She was like a movie star singing , it was incredible for just an eleven year old. so amazing, she did deserve that golden buzzer. Amanda chose well . Bless you Amanda for helping with another dream .
i was in tears watching this, she’s going far in the future❤️
Yes i agree and I want her to win!!!! So good!!!!!
@@cariadhowat6833 so do i
It's a really hard technical song, so for this 11 year old girl to make it her own, but def was a golden buzzer worth performance. She was so nervous, but WOW at the end, high notes. That was amazing 💯
It's one of the hardest song to sing and for an 11 years old!! she nailed it!! wow!! she so deserved that golden buzzer!! go on Olivia!! you go girl!!
I think this has got to be my favourite ever audition in all the years I've been watching BGT. I had tears in my eyes at the end and during.
I still cant believe an 11 year old can have such a powerful voice, I am sure we will all be hearing lots more of this amazing tallent over the years.
This has gotta be one of the hardest broadway songs to sing and to hit those nights at such a young age with untrained voice is just amazing 🤩 she’s a future broadway star for sure
She's so deserved that golden buzzard. she was fantastic.
“Buzzard”? 😂
🦅
Ikr that *buzzard* was so deserved!
It was like watching Disney movie in real life... I bet Disney is already knocking on their door... Amazing 👏
@@fezzik7619 😂😂😂😂😂nah me laughing loud 🤣 😆 😂 😄
Absolutely spectacular. What a beautiful, powerful performance. And a perfect song choice. Nobody’s going to pull this little girl down.
Malakai the best.
She did very few people can. Her supertalent brought everyone to tears, including me, and love to the audiance. Have you seen how many people fell in each others arm and started to hug. She's an angel.
I cannot wait to see her perform again. The poise, the talent, the sweetest giggle. At 11 years old. Just wow.
This was definitely one of the best golden buzzers of 2023 so far
well there's only four of them
@Stevgogo77 no ant and dec are still to give there's
@@Stevgogo77 I do believe that this year, there may be 6 GB Auditions. Who knows? It happened on AGT Thrice...
@@Stevgogo77 *_'East Midlands Railway'_* did say _'so far'_ (in 2023) because there are six GBs to be won... Ant's & Dec's, and the group GB.
Beauty of children - they have no fear; not tainted by what us adults already know and fear. We can all learn from this 11-year-old. Amazing voice.
I remember what it was like as a kid, maybe cause I always kept a journal, I’ve also worked with kids. I’m not smart or anything. But something I’ve noticed that may be true about some. Is that kids do feel fear. They cry and get scared at any age. It’s the spark of hope and passion that keeps them going strong for a while there, that we lose at some point …
her face right after she sang- so innocent and lovely. a well-deserved gloden buzzer Olivia.
7:01 love how everyone is so supportive of this little girl who has a powerful, voice
She was born to sing. Such a lovely soul
Amanda had a special connection to her. The Golden buzzer was no surprise 😊😊😊😊😊
Their hugs… 😭❤️
That's okay, lucky for noth
I wanted to say lucky for both. She so deserves a golden buzzer
There was no special connection it was her voice that was incredible
They don't push golden buzzers for no reason..
I want to hug her and every time she said thank you I want to squeeze a little harder. She’s TOO precious and innocent!
Me too
This was an awesome audition. I love that this little 11 year old so nervous and yet nailed it. She is ready for the West End and NY Broadway, watch out her she comes!! I am in tears over this little girl. I love Bruno he adds to much emotion to this panel. Olivia... BRAVO!!
Olivia was pitch perfect that audition blew me away in every way possible 11 years old singing one of the biggest songs to ever come from a musical and nailing it she truly deserved that golden buzzer one of those amazing young talents that dosent realise how incredible they are yet
She certainly was in the second half of the song... not so much in the first half.
*_R_* 😎
@@robingarvin-mack l think bearing in mind her age and the sort of high notes she sustained including that very last one that some adults couldn't even do - anyone in the theatre industry would have her!
Absolutely incredible performance. The tuning, the timing changes, the tone. And all this accomplished through nerves. What a star in the making. ..in fact a star now. Outstanding performance, Olivia.
that honestly had me bawling - she was such a sweetheart. Her vulnerability and innocence is just so special. So many kids have "grown up" before they should... and have lost that beautiful innocence
Well deserved Olivia!! That was such a powerful rendition of Defying Gravity, I had tears in my eyes 😢 All of the Golden Buzzers have been really good but this one is the best one yet ❤❤
I saw this on the tv and as soon as she said Defying Gravity, I took all my focus off my phone and focused since it is such a hard song to perfect and she was incredible. I was gobsmacked at the end and was so glad she got a golden buzzer. One of the things that made my day
WOW a star is born! The way she looks around the auditorium during and after her performance, it’s like she is a superstar already!
Her singing is perfect for a Disney movie, hope she’ll get there or achieve other mountains that she wants!
what a strong voice coming out of this small, little girl - just fantastic.
That lovely little 11 year old girl has a beautiful voice, when she sang on BGT tonight she brought tears to my eyes, bless her, can't wait to hear her progress in the future ❤️
Reminds me of Beau Dermot from over 5 years ago. I'll never forget her performance. This girl has a very sweet voice. I can see her doing voice for kids movies. It's extremely sweet!
There’s nothing better than that. That is a beautiful voice. Good job, Olivia.
I was in tears...very special, loving little lady! Keep going because you are making many, many people happy and feel that inner peace! ❤
Wow this little girl is a star 🌟 . So sweet how she kept a piece of the golden confetti.
6:10 between dads quiet encouragement and Alesha's inability to control her hands in anticipation of the coming note changes, and Bruno unable to stay in his seat is just.. UGH! I CRY!!!!
Absolutely magical and enchanting. She truly did defy all gravity with that amazing performance. Love her to pieces. ❤
Absolutely sensational voice! I was tearing up. Beautiful ❤️
Her control is insane for an 11 year old ❤️
She’s such a polite sweet little baby girl. The voice is amazing and she has the cutest little giggle.
The golden buzzer was well deserved. This girl can sing!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
The look on her face was absolutely priceless. She has an outstanding voice, like an angel. Hope you go far. Don't ever give up on your dreams❤❤❤
Humble! To be 11 years again in this generation... Ahh I love her and I will never forget this performance from the USA.
I could just tell Amanda was going to press the golden buzzer at the end of her audition 😂.But Olivia deserved it.The best 11 year old I’ve heard sing.
I'm a 62 year old grizzled man who is not prone to emotional excess. But everything about this was so incredible that I'm in tears. The unbridled joy from the family, the judges and most importantly that wonderful little girl. Priceless. Just magnificent. A day she'll remember for the rest of her life. ❤
I can’t believe that voice she has. Especially at the end; that was amazing! 🏆🎊
Damm it was awesome. Can we talk about how much emotions Bruno brings in this show. It's georgeous. Im shocked. Well done little girl👍🏾
Bruno is wonderful
I watched over and over again when she ran to Amanda and Amanda lifted her up, like a mother and a daughter. Full of love. ♥
Can’t watch BGT without feeling emotional nowadays. What an incredible voice ❤
Her voice is like a disney princess, so terrific!
Tears and goosebumps. In another 9yrs we will hear her singing lead on the West End. Well done princess xx
Imagine being 11 years old and getting a golden buzzer and singing in front of all those people. A moment she will never forget. So may young people today with such talent. I wish these kinda of shows had been around when I was growing up.
Amanda is so lovely
mindblowing!!! She has such an amazing voice, she gave me goosebumps, always hitting higher notes and making it like it's something normal...and she's so brave to overcame her fear....sure she deserved that golden buzzer and she seems such a humble and nice kid. Amazing performance!!Wish her the best!! 🎉🎉❤❤
She was born to sing, Such an Incredibly stunning performance. ❤🎊
Amanda seems so kind and loving! Her own girls are very lucky to call her mom♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
This was such a pure and beautiful performance, and her responses to the judges were so humble and sweet!
I'm in a puddle of tears. Oh my, that was spectacular.
Chills, and I'm not even there in person. God bless and protect her and her voice!!❤
Before hearing how talented she is, I was blown away by just how respectful and courteous this little lady is. And then ..... explosion....wow
This had me in tears. What a special young girl with a remarkable talent. May all her dreams come true. 😊
I don't typically comment but Olivia was absolutely MAGNIFICENT!!!! I adore her! Olivia totally nailed this song and should already be performing on stage!
She definitely has a amazing voice and I hope she gets to the finals
Me too
This was great! Olivia is adorable and very gifted! I work with young performers, coaching them in acting and filmmaking. I was also involved in casting talent for several years. So, I'm always excited to see surprises like this girl. It's fun when we get to witness the moments someone is discovered. I especially love it when celebrities surprise talent. Thanks Amanda! We need more of that. It also makes it extra special when the talent is humble, yet doesn't dissappoint us. Thanks to her parents for their patience and giving her this opportunity. I know how important good parenting is a must in the development of young performers. She's a gift! Hope this helps launch her career!
So true, discovering someone new, who you know has the chops to go the distance is a very special moment. It's amazing how the internet has allowed all of us to join in these discoveries...along with these types of shows. Real-time magic!
Like a true professional! Stood there took the applause from the audience and the judges and the rest is history. I can see this young lady becoming a well-known West End star if she is encouraged gently and professionally by both her parents and whoever signs her up.
Congratulations Olivia, you were A-MA-ZING!
West End And Broadway! She reminds me of Andrea MacArdle when she first played Annie.
i have never been this emotional with watching an audition .... well deserved Olivia. Thanks Amanda❤❤❤❤
