How to Quickly and Easily Delete All Unwanted Emails on Gmail for Free

Log in to Gmail: Open your Gmail account.
Navigate to Categories: On the left-hand side, you'll see categories like "Primary," "Social," "Promotions," "Updates," and "Forums." Click on the category where you want to delete emails.
Select All: Click the checkbox at the top of the email list to select all the emails on the page. A message will appear at the top saying, "Select all conversations in [category]." Click on this link to select all emails in that category.
Delete: Click on the trash can icon to delete all selected emails.
Empty Trash: Go to the "Trash" folder and click "Empty Trash now" to permanently delete the emails.
