Hiring an HR person won't help either. Focus on how the person can do their job and add more value through sharing idea's etc. They makes them feel empowered and connected to the job which makes them willing to do the work.

Shannon's face @4.22 when Kristin fired her. I bet she (Shannon) thought could talk her way back into Kristin's good graces. Me personally was glad she went. She used Kristin alot during season 1 & that once the cameras were gone she could do the bare minum in regrades to her work.

She's going to do *worse* in her next job... She has no incentives to work harder. Kristen gave her so many chances... She didn't want to have to fire her. Shannon had it A LOT easier than others in her position at other companies.
