The 2017 walkoff was greatly helped by Judge throwing in to second base instead of the cutoff man. A split-second decision but significant. There was only one out. He had to throw to cutoff man to keep Altuve at third. Third base coach sent Altuve home when the throw went to second base instead of to cutoff man.

Correa’s slide had nothing to do with Didi’s throw in the 2017 game 2 ending. There was no difference at all🤷🏻♂️ Sanchez the catcher didn’t catch the ball and it was a good throw from Didi

Since Altuve was the winning run, Judge should’ve thrown to the cutoff man and not to second base. That made all the difference, and likely what Gregorius was also expecting.

I think that 2019 is probably legit. 2017 was probably aided by cheating because the MLB report determined that the Astros cheated "throughout the postseason" in 2017. But, they never concluded that they were cheating in 2019, so that might be an honest hit.
