New to being a swiftie as well, after all this media attention about her and Travis along with all the hate she was receiving, made me want to see what the hype was about. Who is this woman who captivates so many age groups? Who built her music career without much swearing, while keeping it classy, I just couldn't understand why some people thought she was bad for kids? Considering the music out there, she is one of thee most wholesome, well rounded, strong woman.
I opted to go through all her songs, album after album, and OMG she is so so much more than break-ups and boys, she is a poet, a storyteller, she can paint a picture with her words. "The Lakes" and "Ivy" are 2 of my top songs, but also a big fan of her fun upbeat stuff like "Paper Rings". I legit wish I gave her a chance sooner! Folklore, Evermore, Lover and Midnights(3am) edition are my top albums of hers. So much talent on different levels!
@@Witchy-87 well said! I grew up in the rock era, 70’s. We went to many concerts in Ca. Nothing comparable to the Reputation and Eras tour! she deserves it all.
Taylor is a little younger than me, but I've learned to appreciate the way she strives to use her influence for good in this world. Also, she's determined to be on the right side of history when it comes to important subject matter. Bravo!
That speech she made to her dad and managers about being on thw right side of history is what made me want to learn more about her. She is highly intelligent, reads so many books, her vocabulary in her music and the ways she can say something and have multiple means (I think the term is double entendre but i could be wrong). Shes so much more than boys ans break up songs.
@@Witchy-87I love Taylor, but that little speech about being on the right side of history was a very calculated attempt at winning back public opinion of her by using woke ideology in her favor lol. Bless her. She’s incredibly talented and deserves every ounce of success (also didn’t deserve to be cancelled in the first place, Kim and Kanye are the true snakes) but the virtue signaling in Miss Americana was a huge eye roll.
