BROCCOLI MAC INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
Drizzle of Olive Oil
1 Medium Yellow Onion, finely diced
3 Cloves of Garlic, miced
2 Heads of Broccoli, florets chopped, about 4 cups total
1.5 cups of Milk
1/2 cup of HEavy Cream
4 cups of Chicken Stock
1lb of Pasta Shells
1lb of Freshly Grated Sharp Cheddar ( I do a mix of yellow and white)
Grated Parm
Salt and Pepper to taste

Peel the broccoli stem, chop it up and add it in. That part of the broccoli is super sweet and tender, delicious!

Now I’m craving Cracker Barrel hush puppies and cheesecake stuffed pancakes. I don’t know why but anything broccoli cheddar related makes me think of those very unrelated foods.
Maybe add a panko parm crust and baked til crisp on top too.
How would you adapt this recipe for celiac’s using gluten free pasta, because gluten free pasta is not the same e.g how much liquid etc
