@SS it’s only annoying if you overstay your welcome or try to force us into being extroverts with you. Sometimes the social batteries just need to be recharged
@SS well its case to case basis. Sometimes there are people who wants us to be extroverts like them which is annoying sometimes, like the people who would introduce many people to me but I can't handle too many people like I need to recharge my brain after talking to someone for 5 minutes so If they introduce 5 people a day I'll explode

@SS it really depends. Personally I like to travel along side a good extroverted friend and have them do all the talking while I just stand by and observe. I like being in social areas but I don’t like having the attention on me. I’d rather travel next to someone who will take the spotlight and just observe happily.

@@NationalistsRuinAmerica It's just a term we use when more social people talk to the less social ones and invite them to join into the friend group. Hence, adopt is a fun word to use in this scenario.
@@luqmanloki4803 it has a connotation that less social people aren't their own person but rather a pet. And although I know this isn't what is intended,
it can create bad images of both introverts and extroverts. Introverts could feel like nobody's, it could induce low self-confidence. Extroverts could be seen as douches who use other people for their amusement. I know this is not the case here, and there is no bad intention present, but I have had conversations where this kinda terminology was criticized by both sides.

That is such a wholesome story and is honestly how I met a lot of my friends in life. I was like ranboo and would just hang out by myself and eventually people like Rae would show up and reach out to me and either hang out with me themselves, or hook me up with other people to hang out with. And my social circle just grew from their into some lifelong friendships.
So I have a special appreciation for Rae now, knowing that she's one of those people who approaches us introverts to make sure that we aren't feeling lonely and just too awkward to say anything about it. The world needs more people like that.
