- "Unruly" crowd members in ski masks were seen jumping on and smashing the police cruiser's windshield in West San Jose on Saturday after a sideshow, police said.

The officer didn't crank off some rounds? He was under attack.

Reserves are not sworn officers, bassically utility to transport perps, traffic control, other odd stuff.

@@nomenclature9373 Maybe in your state reserves aren't sworn officers. However in CA where this happens, as a reserve (there are three levels per CA POST which dictate your level of autonomy) you can go patrol like any other cop. A reserve that rides alone functions as a regular cop.
