Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown Demo is Not a Great Experience

As a reminder, this is an early build (Demo) that's not going to be representative of the final product. However, learn, learn, learn from this because this experience is unacceptable for the player. I wish I could play disconnected from the server to avoid all of the disconnection issues. That would solve everything, although I did hit some performance problems to as you saw. What a horrible first time experience though. :(
I'm playing...tried playing with an RTX 3080.

in high settings i have drop fps to 45 :( on rtx 4070

Game performs like dog shit lol. I have a top tear gpu, and it struggles to even hit 100fps at ultra settings @1400p.. The game play is kinda trash to. Also how can they only have like 15 rims to pick from lol

I would expect slightly better performance for the demo, especially with high end hardware, but it's important to remember that often times a lot of the optimization is done in the final weeks before the full launch. Demos will also be limited in content and not indicative of the final product. But still, this isn't a great experience due to the connectivity and always online issues I was constantly seeing. They probably would have been better off calling this a beta test rather than a demo...not a good experience.
