I like seeing how many calories you eat because it shows that you’re not worried about food and seeing people treat food as something they’re not afraid of makes me less scared to eat (idk if that makes sense)

I love how sometimes u have a lil pre breakfast snack like pie or cookies bc I feel like I have to start my day with a meal and then snack and when I start with snack I get like anxious. But watching u do it makes me less!!

I would prefer to see the calories in the description. Sometimes im ok with seeing the calories but sometimes it can trigger my ed (im in recovery). Therefore i think that putting the calories in the description is the best ‘in between’

coming from someone in recovery it doesnt really trigger me to see the calorie count at the end, actually (this may just be me tho) it kinda helps because since i'm trying not to count calories i convince myself that i'm eating an insane amount, but its kinda reassuring to see you intuitively eat and at the end of the day the number is completely normal and reasonable and its not something crazy (idk if this makes sense lmao). anyway i just hope that having to calculate your calories doesn't trigger you or anything because it may take you back to that place of obsessing over it and i wouldn't want that : ( if it does just don't worry about it and put your own mental health first. Love U

I love seeing the calories - for me it helps ‘normalise’ what true nourishment is. You could always leave the total counts until the end so anyone who feels triggered could easily skip that part 🙌🏽💕

As someone who’s the same height as you, I really appreciate seeing you just eat whatever you want (and whatever portion you want). It was always strange to me when calorie calculators always told me that my maintenance calories was only like, 1700. I’d be HUNGRY if I ate only that much 😅 Now I just eat whatever I want as well and I’m living my best life!
I like seeing how many calories your eating. Although I’m recovering from my ED right now too it’s not triggering because I see that your not restricting and you can intuitively eat and not feel guilty which I am trying to do. Ily 🥰
Actually when you show your calories is in a way realistic that some days we need more food than others, that’s helpful and show that you have a healthy relationship with food

i just want to say that you have helped me so much in journey with food. you helped me understand why i felt certain ways about certain foods and helped me over come a lot of my fear foods. because of you i managed to get myself to eat toast with crunchy peanut butter on top every morning this week which may seem normal, but i have a massive phobia of eating bread from the fear it’ll make me gain weight. i just want to say thank you because you really have i helped me unreal amounts❤️❤️

Great what Diana eats in a week video and the food looked great. Strawberries are among my favourite berries but I only perfer them during the harvest season because they don't taste of any flavour outside of season. Pasta and vegetables are good.

Totally relate to what you said about counting calories. I used to beat myself up and feel like I failed if I had even 50 calories more than the day before. Love where your at with your eating now, I still have a way to go but videos like this are really helpful ☺️💕

even though i just ate dinner, i'm beginning to feel hungry all over again. i ought to add you to my "fridge raid" list lol. i think including the calories counts is fine. i don't really for them, i just like watching you and see what you're up to. i've reached a good point where seeing calorie counts don't negatively impact me as much as they used to, but not everyone may be in the same/similar place. maybe for the people who find them triggering, you could place timestamps so they can skip over those parts of the video?

You could totally just eat what you used to eat but just use substitutes. Some of my go-tos are pasta, tofu scramble, oatmeal, and smoothie bowls

Okay I`ll try my best to explain what I think in English :) I am recovering from anorexia and while I was in the depth of my ED I was obsessed with calories and food videos! Your Videos helped me a lot during this time because you seemed to be so carefree about the calories and just ate portions that would have satisfied me before my ED as well! When you added the calories it made me hopeful that one day I could just start listen to my body again and not track without having a mental breakdown because I didn't know how much I ate this day and that it could have been more than the days before.. On the other hand it was kind of triggering (but you gave disclaimers and I decided to watch your videos anyways! And many others of this type) It was triggering because I was comparing and my ED was proud how much less I ate. I also knew that you worked out and I was like `Yeah but my workouts don't burn that much and my metabolism` and all that other ED bullshit.. Okay long story short: I think all in all your videos helped me more that they harmed me! Thank you for that! Now I just try not to look at the numbers when you track and that works pretty well so I actually don't really care if you track or not.. I just remember how exhausting it is and feel kind of sorry for you ;) I am so grateful for your videos and you are a big inspiration to keep choosing recovery every day! I honestly feel like not saying the calories may be safer, as some people may be influenced by their Ed's to prefer to know how many calories you consume each day and compare their meal plans to it (I mean, just seeing how your meals vary from day to day can be inspiring and shares the same 'each day is different' message, without risking anything

I think that they are two different types of videos, one shows how u actually eat without weighing/counting(ik you add it up at the end of the day, it doesn’t change what you eat), but I quite like the chill ones without counting calories. I mean you have shown me it ok to eat as much as you want, I always thought I have to eat small portions before my ed because I was self conscious. But honestly either, it your choice which ever one makes you happy.
I do prefer the calorie count because its nice to see the fluctuations but i love your videos either way!❤
