If I want to win this game, I need to play amazingly defensively, score every chance I'm given and ride a bit of luck!
Just played against World All Star Team on Legend difficulty... haha, what a joke that was! 10 men behind the ball, long ball and won 2-0!! 34% possession....let me know if you want to see it.

What a difference Banega made. Mascherano needs to be dropped. Meza and Pavon aren't ready for this World Cup yet... not mature enough. Stick with Di Maria. Drop Higuin and start with Aguero. 3-5-2.
France will be a VERY tough game for Argentina because Argentina aren't suited to teams that sit back in numbers with hard working midfielders like Matuidi breaking up the play. France are so boring to watch and haven't set the tournament alight... they have the players to play some sexy football, but sadly... Deschamps thinks defence first.

4:18 what did the AI do there that allowed Benzema to push Busquets off the ball? Was that just super cancel or did the AI double tap the tackle button, or something else? Havent seen that animation before.
Hi mate, AI didn't do anything special, it's part of the Legend difficulty level. Players are more likely to stumble when you make contact when in possession of the ball, that's why you can't really afford to let the AI get close or touch you. David Silva out-muscles Paul Pogba on Legend difficulty lol.
12:22 that move with Dembele is the one that rarely works for me. Are you letting go of left stick completely before moving it sideways and pressing close control? Do you hold close control or just tap it while you're moving left stick sideways? And do you release left stick after you push it sideways or do you hold it there until you're ready to make your next move? And how do you do that move vertically not just horizontally? Because I saw you do it one time with Gabriel Jesus where you went sideways around a defender but then you kept rolling the ball forwards and diagonally forwards towards the keeper. It was like three or four ball rolls in a row. How did you do that? Did you release the left stick between each one or what?
Do you have any videos where you do that move that has the controller animation software that shows exactly what you're doing operating the controller? That would help a lot. In fact something like that where you're doing all the skill moves in game, that demonstrates how you control which one it does, would be very helpful.

Wait only certain players can do it? What about Neymar because in training with him I couldnt get him to do it regularly either. And Mbappe did it like half the time but not regularly. They all seem to do it more when a defender is about to tackle them though. When I was just in space dribbling by myself to test things out, they did it less reliably.
What is the move called on the skill tree? Can I check which players can do it or what?
You can't see which players can do it, some skill moves are contextual e.g. defender very close - I believe this one is contextual.

8:20: you did a double touch 360 turn with Dybala which Marcelo tackled because it would have been better to do just a normal 360 turn. Did you do the double touch one on purpose or is that where auto-feint can sometimes do what you dont want? And how were you able to guarantee he would do a 360 turn at all and not a Ronaldo chop?
Hi dude, it's cuz Dybala's player ID that he did that as he has it in his hidden skills tree and me slightly misjudging the L-stick direction after pushing the R-stick in the direction he's running. Nothing is random with auto-feint, I personally find it a lot quicker and easier to perform skills this way.
So you're saying you still have full control of which spin Dybala does with auto feint on, you just dont have full control over which angle he spins in? Like, certain angles are reserved for certain skills? When you said to alter the angles by 5% with the left stick, I thought you mis-typed and meant right stick, but now I see what you're saying.
For example you were saying like, 90 degrees to do normal spin, 85 degrees to do Ronaldo chop, or something like that, but that's why I asked, what if I want to do a normal spin at 85 degrees to my left or right, or I want to do a Ronaldo chop 90 degrees? Are you saying that is the part that is not possible?
And what about the stepover feint vs reverse stepover? To do that move is just flicking the right stick sideways without even needing to involve the left stick, so how does the angle of the left stick determine whether it does normal steover or reverse when the left stick is not even involved in thtat move?
PunchFor Pound Hi mate, that's correct. The spin is exactly 90 degrees regardless whether auto feint is on or not.
Have you played much with auto feint off? With auto feint off you can do it at any angle you want pretty much. If your defender is at 90 degrees, you can end the spin at 80 degrees to go around him. If the defender is at 45 degrees, you can end the spin at 35 degrees. Because you are already rotating the right stick a full 360 degrees, that is what creates the spin. Then the left stick you can point wherever you want the spin to end. The spin wont start until you push the left stick but the direction you push it is where the spin will end.
Do you have an answer about how to control when to do stepovers, and when to do reverse stepovers?

Hi mate, it depends what you're trying to do mate. If you want to play Tiki Taka, and you're good at passing/keeping the ball, then I'd suggest 3. If you're not great at keeping the ball but want a nice spread - go for 5. If you want to play long ball... go 8. All depends what you're trying to do, which team you're doing it with, what players are on form... so many factors. i just don't like the gameplay when rivals are on it's better than pes 17 though, loads of teams recognize derby games even fake teams with real players,so you end up in a battle anyway. i think it's over the top adding rivals ,can turn into a mess when i the AI has a referee sticking up for them with the added physical boosts they get ,think rivals is best for the totally fake teams in option files that don't recognize a derby
i always feel so frustrated with the pes AI system. the higher the difficulty setting, the dumber the human controlled team AI get, the computer controlled team doesn't play better at higher difficulty setting, the human controlled players' Ai just got dumber. u can't switch to the player closest to the ball cause it got delayed by the time u get control of the player it's too late. ur teammates awareness is none exist, they don't make run or get into open space so u can pass to them, u end up waiting for them to move into position then it's too late, the opponent already get back in defense. on loose and defected ball, ur player is closer to the ball but fail to react to get to it and ur opponen who r a yard farther somehow get there before u. pes is a solid game but they need to fix the AI instead of cripting it, make the game more difficult but don't make the AI dumber.
An Trinh Hi dude, I partially agree that goalies will have a tendency to do stupid stuff at times. As for AI, my AI feels fine. The statS of my opponent are boosted, and they all have up arrow form e.g. 4.6-6.4%
